'ग्रामीण स्वरोजगार प्रशिक्षण संस्थान' पहुंचे मुख्यमंत्री: 'पशु सखियों' का बढ़ाया मनोबल

रायपुर 3 मई 2026/मुख्यमंत्री श्री विष्णुदेव साय आज सुशासन तिहार के अंतर्गत बलरामपुर जिला प्रवास के दौरान 'ग्रामीण स्वरोजगार प्रशिक्षण संस्थान' (RSETI) पहुंचे, जहां उन्होंने प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त कर रहे पशु सखियों से आत्मीय संवाद कर उनका उत्साहवर्धन किया।

मुख्यमंत्री श्री साय ने प्रशिक्षण कक्ष का अवलोकन करते हुए विभिन्न गतिविधियों की जानकारी ली और प्रशिक्षणार्थियों से ‘जय बिहान’ कहकर आत्मीय अभिवादन किया। उन्होंने विशेष रूप से पशुपालन का प्रशिक्षण ले रही पशु सखियों से संवाद करते हुए उनके अनुभवों को जाना और उनके प्रयासों की सराहना की।

इस दौरान विकासखण्ड रामचन्द्रपुर के बगरा क्लस्टर अंतर्गत ग्राम केवली की अनुराधा गुप्ता ने मुख्यमंत्री को बताया कि वे बिहान योजना से जुड़कर पशु सखी के रूप में कार्य कर रही हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि वे गांव में पशुओं का सर्वे कर पशु चिकित्सकों को सहयोग प्रदान करती हैं तथा ग्रामीणों को पशुपालन से संबंधित आवश्यक जानकारी एवं बीमारियों के प्रति जागरूक करती हैं। उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि संस्थान द्वारा प्रदान किए जा रहे प्रशिक्षण से उन्हें अपने कार्य को और अधिक दक्षता के साथ करने में सहायता मिल रही है।

मुख्यमंत्री श्री साय ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार ग्रामीण युवाओं और महिलाओं को आत्मनिर्भर बनाने के लिए कौशल विकास और स्वरोजगार को प्राथमिकता दे रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि RSETI जैसे संस्थान न केवल प्रशिक्षण के केंद्र हैं, बल्कि ये ग्रामीण अर्थव्यवस्था को सशक्त बनाने के महत्वपूर्ण माध्यम भी हैं।

उल्लेखनीय है कि जिला बलरामपुर-रामानुजगंज में संचालित ग्रामीण स्वरोजगार प्रशिक्षण संस्थान के माध्यम से अब तक 16 बैचों में कुल 510 प्रशिक्षणार्थियों को विभिन्न उद्यमी क्षेत्रों में प्रशिक्षण प्रदान किया जा चुका है। इन प्रशिक्षणों के माध्यम से ग्रामीण युवाओं एवं महिलाओं को स्वरोजगार एवं सूक्ष्म उद्यमिता के लिए तैयार किया जा रहा है, जिससे वे आत्मनिर्भरता की दिशा में निरंतर आगे बढ़ रहे हैं।

Under the statewide “Sushasan Tihar 2026” campaign, Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai made an unexpected visit to Shantipara in Gram Panchayat Silma, located in Batouli development block of Surguja district on May 3. His helicopter landed suddenly, drawing attention from local residents. Through a Jan Chaupal, he directly engaged with villagers, reviewing the ground-level implementation of government schemes and issuing instructions for the prompt resolution of public grievances.

During the interaction, villagers presented their concerns and demands before the Chief Minister. Responding with sensitivity and a “citizen-centric and accountable governance approach”, he directed officials to ensure that every application is resolved within a defined timeline. He emphasised that the government’s aim is not merely to design schemes but to ensure that their benefits reach “the last person in line”.

On this occasion, Shri Rajesh Shukla, a resident of Suarpara village, highlighted his financial hardships and submitted a request for electricity bill waiver and financial assistance. Taking immediate cognisance with a “humane and responsive administrative outlook”, the Chief Minister assured that, considering his condition, the process for waiving his electricity dues would be completed, along with necessary financial support.

Moved by the swift response, Shri Rajesh Shukla said he had been struggling with his issue for a long time, but today the Chief Minister personally listened to him and assured a solution. Expressing gratitude, he stated that the Chaupal became a platform of “relief and renewed trust” for him.

Addressing the gathering, Chief Minister Shri Sai stated that “Sushasan Tihar” represents a commitment to bring “positive and transformative changes in governance”. He informed that through this 40-day campaign, the administration will now reach directly to the people’s doorsteps and ensure on-the-spot resolution of their issues.

He added that earlier citizens had to visit offices repeatedly for their work, but now the government itself will travel village to village to listen and resolve concerns, ensuring a “simpler, faster, and transparent service delivery system”. He instructed officials to treat every application received during Jan Chaupals with seriousness and ensure timely disposal.

During the programme, the Chief Minister also sought feedback from villagers on ongoing development works and the impact of various government schemes.

इस दौरान ग्राम सुआरपारा निवासी श्री राजेश शुक्ला ने अपनी आर्थिक कठिनाइयों का जिक्र करते हुए बिजली बिल माफी और आर्थिक सहायता के लिए आवेदन प्रस्तुत किया। मुख्यमंत्री ने तत्काल मानवीय दृष्टिकोण अपनाते हुए मामले पर संज्ञान लिया और आश्वस्त किया कि उनकी स्थिति को देखते हुए बिजली बिल माफी की प्रक्रिया पूरी की जाएगी, साथ ही आवश्यक आर्थिक सहायता भी उपलब्ध कराई जाएगी।

मुख्यमंत्री के इस त्वरित निर्णय से भावुक हुए राजेश शुक्ला ने कहा कि वे लंबे समय से अपनी समस्या को लेकर परेशान थे, लेकिन आज मुख्यमंत्री ने स्वयं उनकी बात को गंभीरता से सुना और समाधान का भरोसा दिया। उन्होंने मुख्यमंत्री के प्रति आभार व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि यह चौपाल उनके लिए राहत और विश्वास का माध्यम बनी है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि पहले नागरिकों को अपने कार्यों के लिए कार्यालयों के चक्कर लगाने पड़ते थे, लेकिन अब शासन स्वयं गांव-गांव पहुंचकर लोगों की समस्याएं सुनेगा और उनका निराकरण करेगा। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि जन चौपाल में प्राप्त प्रत्येक आवेदन को गंभीरता से लेते हुए निर्धारित समयसीमा के भीतर उसका समाधान सुनिश्चित किया जाए।

कार्यक्रम के दौरान मुख्यमंत्री ने क्षेत्र में चल रहे विभिन्न विकास कार्यों और योजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन की जानकारी भी ग्रामीणों से ली तथा हितग्राहियों से संवाद कर योजनाओं के प्रभाव का फीडबैक प्राप्त किया।

Raipur, May 3, 2026/ Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai reached the remote forest village of Chandagarh in Jashpur district as part of Sushasan Tihar, where he interacted directly with residents in an open Jan Chaupal held under a banyan tree.

On arrival, villagers welcomed the Chief Minister with great enthusiasm. He then proceeded to Bhaisamuda village in Pathalgaon block, where he offered prayers at the Bajrang Bali temple for the well-being and prosperity of the state. Following this, a Jan Chaupal was held under the shade of a banyan tree in the village.

Chief Minister said Sushasan Tihar, being held from May 1 to June 10, is aimed at taking governance closer to people and resolving issues at the local level. He said the purpose of the visit was to hear concerns directly and ensure their timely resolution.

During the interaction, he sought feedback from villagers on the availability of essential services, including ration supplies, drinking water, electricity and revenue-related issues. Officials were directed to address the concerns without delay.

Chief Minister also interacted with “Lakhpati Didis” Smt. Sumila Korwa and Smt. Pushplata Chauhan, appreciating their work. He noted that women associated with self-help groups are moving towards self-reliance through activities such as brick-making, running grocery shops and working as BC Sakhis.

He said that over 8 lakh women in the state have become “Lakhpati Didis”, while the number has crossed 3 crore across the country under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi.

Announcing development measures for Chandagarh and Bhaisamuda, Chief Minister spoke of plans for a community hall, a mini stadium and CC road, along with the provision of cricket kits and uniforms for children. He directed officials to identify suitable land for the community hall. He also reviewed the implementation of various welfare schemes on the ground. Kalavati Chauhan informed that beneficiaries in the village are receiving support under the Mahtari Vandan Yojana and Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, which Chief Minister noted with satisfaction.

Chief Minister also enquired about tendupatta collection work and also discussed benefits under the Charan Paduka Yojana. He said initiatives such as the Shri Ram Lalla Darshan Yojana and Mukhyamantri Teerth Darshan Yojana are connecting people socially and culturally. He added that services such as income, caste and residence certificates are now being provided at the village level through Atal Digital Suvidha Kendras, along with access to banking and other online facilities.

During the Jan Chaupal, Chief Minister listened to the demands and concerns of villagers and instructed officials to ensure prompt resolution. He said the essence of good governance lies in delivering schemes to the last mile and ensuring timely benefits.

Raipur, May 3, 2026/ An unscripted moment marked Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai’s visit to Bhaisamuda village in Jashpur district as a part of Sushasan Tihar, when he walked into the premises of Government Primary School, Chandagarh, and found children playing cricket.

Drawn by their enthusiasm, Chief Minister stepped onto the field and joined the game. His presence lifted the mood, and the children responded with visible excitement as they played alongside him.

During the interaction, Chief Minister Shri Sai spoke to the children about their daily routine, studies and interest in sports. He asked whether they played regularly and which games they preferred. He also enquired availability of sports facilities in the area and the need for additional resources.

He interacted with a local player, Prakash Thakur, to get a sense of sports activity at the village level and the challenges faced.

Noting the children’s interest in sports, Chief Minister directed the Collector to provide cricket kits and sports uniforms for the students. He said children in rural areas should have access to adequate facilities so they can develop their abilities and pursue opportunities.

He also spoke with Gram Panchayat Sarpanch Shri Roshan Pratap Singh about the village’s needs, ongoing development works and local priorities. He said efforts should ensure balanced progress in basic amenities, education and sports.

जनचौपाल के दौरान मुख्यमंत्री श्री साय ने “लखपति दीदी” श्रीमती सुमिला कोरवा और श्रीमती पुष्पलता चौहान से आत्मीय संवाद किया और उनके कार्यों की सराहना की। उन्होंने जाना कि महिला स्व-सहायता समूह की महिलाएं ईंट निर्माण, किराना दुकान और बीसी सखी जैसे कार्यों के माध्यम से आत्मनिर्भर बन रही हैं।

मुख्यमंत्री ने बताया कि प्रदेश में अब तक 8 लाख लखपति दीदी बन जा चुकी हैं, जबकि प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में देशभर में यह संख्या 3 करोड़ से अधिक हो चुकी है, जो महिला सशक्तिकरण की दिशा में एक बड़ा परिवर्तन है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने जनचौपाल के दौरान ग्रामीणों की मांगों और समस्याओं को गंभीरता से सुना और अधिकारियों को स्पष्ट निर्देश दिए कि सभी समस्याओं का प्राथमिकता के साथ समाधान सुनिश्चित किया जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि सुशासन का वास्तविक अर्थ यही है कि शासन की योजनाएं अंतिम व्यक्ति तक पहुंचे और लोगों को उनका लाभ समय पर मिले।

Raipur, May 3, 2026/ A deeply moving moment unfolded on Sunday during the statewide 'Sushasan Tihar' when Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai made an unannounced stop at a modest grocery shop in the remote forest village of Chandagarh, under Pathalgaon development block in Jashpur district. The shop is run by ‘Lakhpati Didi’ Sumila Korwa, whose journey of dedication and determination has become a shining example of grassroots entrepreneurship and self-reliance.

Soon after his helicopter landed in the village, Chief Minister Shri Sai walked straight to Sumila’s shop located near the helipad. Overwhelmed by his sudden presence, Sumila grew emotional and welcomed him in a traditional manner by offering cloves and cardamom, a gesture that lent the moment an intimate and cultural warmth.

Engaging in a candid conversation, Chief Minister Shri Sai learned about Sumila’s inspiring journey. She shared that she had started the grocery shop with a loan of Rs 1 lakh under 'Mudra Yojana'. Today, her store not only caters to daily essentials but also houses a photocopy machine and a refrigerator, enabling villagers to access cold drinking water and other necessary services locally.

During his visit, Chief Minister Shri Sai purchased cold water and falahari chivda from the shop and personally paid for the items from his own wallet. When Sumila hesitated to accept the payment, he gently insisted, saying, “This is the rightful earning of your hard work, please accept it.” He commended her efforts, saying that meeting the needs of people in such a remote forest region is truly commendable and serves as an inspiration for other women.

Sumila recounted that she initially supported her family through agriculture but later identified a local opportunity and decided to set up the shop. Today, the business is thriving and has become a significant source of income for her family. She also proudly shared that her daughter, Priyanka, a student at the Girls’ High School in Kasabel, has secured the first position in her class this year and is helping at the shop during the summer holidays.

Further, Sumila informed that her family owns a tractor and a four-wheeler, both of which are rented out to villagers for agricultural work and social occasions like weddings. Alongside running the shop, she efficiently manages her household and farming responsibilities.

Applauding her dedication and resilience, Chief Minister Sai remarked, “You have achieved the status of a ‘Lakhpati Didi’ through your hard work; in the coming years, you will surely become a ‘Crorepati Didi’.”
