रायपुर : जिला मुख्यालय दुर्ग के सिविल लाइन स्थित विवेकानंद भवन में मुख्यमंत्री सामूहिक कन्या विवाह योजना के अंतर्गत एक गरिमामय समारोह का आयोजन किया गया। इस अवसर पर प्रदेश के स्कूल शिक्षा, ग्रामोद्योग एवं विधि मंत्री श्री गजेन्द्र यादव मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में सम्मिलित हुए और नवदंपत्तियों को सुखद वैवाहिक जीवन का शुभाशीष दिया। महिला एवं बाल विकास विभाग द्वारा आयोजित इस कार्यक्रम में 19 जोड़े वैदिक मंत्रोच्चार और सामाजिक रीति-रिवाजों के साथ विवाह के बंधन में बंधे।

रायपुर : छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल श्री रमेन डेका ने आज कोंडागांव प्रवास के दौरान जिला कार्यालय सभाकक्ष में जिला एवं विकासखंड स्तरीय अधिकारियों की महत्वपूर्ण बैठक ली। राज्यपाल ने स्पष्ट किया कि माओवाद के प्रभाव में आई कमी के बाद बस्तर की परिस्थितियां अब बदल चुकी हैं। इस नए परिदृश्य में अधिकारियों की जिम्मेदारी है कि वे शासन की कल्याणकारी योजनाओं का लाभ समाज के अंतिम व्यक्ति तक पहुंचाएं।

Raipur, Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai attended the closing ceremony of “Innovation Mahakumbh 1.0” held at Shaheed Mahendra Karma University campus in Jagdalpur on May 5. He stated that the Bastar region is rich in talent and potential, and what it needs is the right platform, guidance, and opportunities. He said the event is providing youth with a strong platform for innovation and entrepreneurship.

Highlighting the roadmap for the holistic development of Bastar, the Chief Minister stated that special focus has been placed on employment, education, startups, and infrastructure. He also announced that the “Niyad Nella Nar Yojana” will be expanded and implemented as “Niyad Nella Nar 2.0” across 10 districts.

He further stated that to make Chhattisgarh an innovation hub, the state government has implemented the “Innovation and Startup Promotion Policy 2025–30,” under which youth are being supported at every stage—from idea generation to business expansion. He added that facilities such as financial assistance are encouraging the growth of startups.

The Chief Minister stated that the youth will play a crucial role in achieving the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047. He emphasised that the path to a developed Chhattisgarh passes through a developed Bastar. He noted that Bastar holds immense potential in tribal art, minor forest produce, organic farming, tourism, and handicrafts, which can be taken to new heights by linking them with technology, branding, and e-commerce. He also noted that increased tourism in Bastar will boost demand for homestays, local guides, handicrafts, and forest produce, thereby strengthening the rural economy.

Expressing confidence, Chief Minister Shri Sai stated that the youth of Bastar will significantly contribute to building a developed Bastar, developed Chhattisgarh, and developed India through entrepreneurship.

During the programme, winners of best ideas and best startups were honoured with cash prizes, certificates, and mementoes.

On this occasion, Forest Minister Shri Kedar Kashyap encouraged youth to adopt entrepreneurship and self-employment to improve their livelihoods and support their families.

Higher Education Minister Shri Tank Ram Verma said that the Innovation Mahakumbh has provided a platform for youth to develop their innovations further and become self-reliant. He motivated young participants to become job creators rather than job seekers and inspire others.

Member of Parliament (Bastar) Shri Mahesh Kashyap and Jagdalpur MLA Shri Kiran Singh Deo also addressed the gathering, urging youth to adopt innovation-driven entrepreneurship and contribute to fulfilling Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s vision of a developed India.

At the beginning of the programme, Vice Chancellor of Shaheed Mahendra Karma University, Professor Manoj Shrivastava, elaborated on the objectives of the Innovation Mahakumbh, the establishment of the university, and its various academic and innovative initiatives.

MLA Shri Vinayak Goyal, Chairman of Chhattisgarh Beverage Corporation Shri Srinivas Maddi, Chairman of the Scheduled Tribe Commission Shri Roopsingh Mandavi, District Panchayat President Smt. Vedwati Kashyap, Mayor Shri Sanjay Pandey, and other public representatives and dignitaries were present.

Instructions Issued to Improve Connectivity in Forest Areas

Raipur, Chief Secretary Shri Vikas Sheel directed officials of the Forest and Climate Change Department to prioritize the development of basic infrastructure in forest areas under Chhattisgarh Compensatory Afforestation Fund Management and Planning Authority (CAMPA) funds, including construction of bridges, culverts, roads, and essential buildings. He specifically instructed that infrastructure development works be expedited in areas recently freed from Naxal influence, so that governance can reach these regions effectively and the pace of development can be accelerated.

The ninth meeting of the CAMPA was held on Tuesday at Mantralaya Mahanadi Bhavan under the chairmanship of Chief Secretary Shri Vikas Sheel. The meeting primarily reviewed the progress of works for the years 2024–25 and 2025–26, and important decisions were taken regarding future schemes.

Upcoming Action Plan (2026–27)

Officials of the Forest Department informed that an annual action plan of Rs 713.73 crore for the year 2026–27 has been approved and sent to the Government of India (Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change) for final approval.

Key Areas of CAMPA Work

Officials stated that CAMPA funds are being utilized for several important activities, including afforestation in irrigated and non-irrigated areas, and restoration of bamboo forests. Silvicultural operations are being carried out to increase forest density. Effective measures are also being implemented for improving wildlife habitats and conserving groundwater.

Instructions for Timely Implementation

Keeping the upcoming monsoon in view, Chief Secretary Shri Vikas Sheel instructed that all essential works underway in forest areas be completed expeditiously before the onset of rains. Directions were also issued to complete CAMPA-related afforestation, soil conservation, and water conservation works before the monsoon begins.

The meeting was attended by Additional Chief Secretary, Forest and Climate Change Department, Smt. Richa Sharma; PCCF Shri V. Srinivas Rao; Shri Arun Pandey; Principal Secretary (Agriculture) Smt. Shehla Nigar; Finance Secretary Shri Mukesh Bansal; along with senior officials from the Revenue, Housing & Environment, and Information Technology Departments.

वन क्षेत्रों में कनेक्टिविटी सुधारने के निर्देश

रायपुर, 05 मई 2026/मुख्य सचिव ने वन एवं जलवायु परिवर्तन विभाग के अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि कैम्पा मद के अंतर्गत वन क्षेत्रों में बुनियादी सुविधाओं जैसे- पुल-पुलियों, मार्गों और आवश्यक भवनों के निर्माण को प्राथमिकता दी जाए। उन्होंने विशेष रूप से नक्सल मुक्त हुए क्षेत्रों में अधोसंरचना विकास कार्यों को तेज करने के निर्देश दिए, ताकि वहां शासन की पहुंच और विकास की गति बढ़ सके।

छत्तीसगढ़ के मुख्य सचिव श्री विकासशील की अध्यक्षता में आज मंत्रालय महानदी भवन में छत्तीसगढ़ प्रतिकात्मक वनरोपण निधि प्रबंधन एवं योजना प्राधिकरण (कैम्पा) की नवमीं बैठक संपन्न हुई। बैठक में मुख्य रूप से वर्ष 2024-25 और 2025-26 के कार्यों की प्रगति की समीक्षा की गई तथा आगामी भविष्य की योजनाओं पर महत्वपूर्ण निर्णय लिए गए।

आगामी कार्ययोजना (2026-27)

वन विभाग के अधिकारियों ने बैठक में जानकारी दी गई कि वर्ष 2026-27 के लिए 713 करोड़ 73 लाख रुपये की वार्षिक कार्ययोजना को अनुमोदित कर भारत सरकार (पर्यावरण, वन एवं जलवायु परिवर्तन मंत्रालय) को अंतिम स्वीकृति हेतु भेज दिया गया है।

कैम्पा के प्रमुख कार्यक्षेत्र

अधिकारियों ने बैठक में बताया कि कैम्पा मद का उपयोग निम्नलिखित महत्वपूर्ण कार्यों के लिए किया जा रहा है। सिंचित व असिंचित वृक्षारोपण और बांस वनों की पुनर्स्थापना किया जा रहा है। वनों के घनत्व में वृद्धि हेतु सिल्वीकल्चरल का कार्य किया जा रहा है। वन्यप्राणियों के रहवास में सुधार और भू-जल संरक्षण के प्रभावी कार्य किए जा रहे हैं।

समयबद्ध क्रियान्वयन के निर्देश

मुख्य सचिव श्री विकासाशील ने आगामी मानसून को देखते हुए वन क्षेत्रों में चल रहे जरूरी कार्यों को बारिश शुरू होने से पहले शीघ्रता से पूर्ण करने की हिदायत दी है। कैम्पा वनीकरण, मृदा और जल संरक्षण के कार्यों को मानसून शुरू होने से पहले पूर्ण करने के निर्देश दिए गए। बैठक में वन एवं जलवायु परिवर्तन विभाग की अपर मुख्य सचिव श्रीमती ऋचा शर्मा, पीसीसीएफ श्री व्ही.श्रीनिवास राव, श्री अरूण पांडे, प्रमुख सचिव (कृषि) श्रीमती शहला निगार, वित्त सचिव श्री मुकेश बंसल सहित राजस्व, आवास एवं पर्यावरण तथा सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग के वरिष्ठ अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
