आपसी सहमति से सुलझेंगे लंबित मामले

सुप्रीम कोर्ट की विशेष पहलः समाधान समारोह के जरिए घर बैठे आभासी (Virtual) माध्यम से भी जुड़ सकेंगे पक्षकार

रायपुर, 07 मई 2026/ आम जनता को त्वरित और सुलभ न्याय दिलाने तथा आपसी सहमति से विवादों के निपटारे को बढ़ावा देने के लिए भारत के सर्वाेच्च न्यायालय द्वारा समाधान समारोह विशेष लोक अदालत 2026 का आयोजन किया जा रहा है। इसकी शुरुआत आगामी 09 मई 2026 को नेशनल लोक अदालत से होगी, जिसका समापन अगस्त माह में विशेष लोक अदालत के वृहद आयोजनों के साथ होगा।

महत्वपूर्ण तिथियाँ और कार्यक्रम

नेशनल लोक अदालत का शुभारंभ 09 मई 2026 को किया जाएगा। विशेष लोक अदालत (सुप्रीम कोर्ट परिसर) 21, 22 एवं 23 अगस्त 2026 का किया जाएगा। पूर्व सुलह वार्ता (Pre-Litigation) इसकी प्रक्रिया 21 अप्रैल 2026 से ही प्रारंभ हो चुकी है।

घर बैठे जुड़ने की सुविधा

इस बार की लोक अदालत की विशेषता यह है कि पक्षकार भैतिक (शारीरिक) उपस्थिति के साथ-साथ आभासी (Virtual) माध्यम से भी जुड़ सकते हैं। प्रशिक्षित मध्यस्थ और विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण के अधिकारी आपसी सुलह कराने में सहयोग करेंगे।

पंजीयन की प्रक्रिया

अपने लंबित मामलों को इस विशेष लोक अदालत में शामिल करने के लिए पक्षकारों को सर्वाेच्च न्यायालय की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर उपलब्ध गूगल फॉर्म भरना होगा। आवेदन की अंतिम तिथि 31 मई 2026 तक भर सकेंगे।

गोंडेरास और नीलावाया में ऐतिहासिक सुशासन चौपाल

रायपुर, 7 मई 2026/छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार के सुशासन तिहार 2026 अभियान के तहत अब विकास की किरण केवल दफ्तरों तक सीमित नहीं है, बल्कि सीधे सुदूर वनांचलों तक पहुँच रही है। इसी क्रम में छत्तीसगढ के सुकमा जिला प्रशासन ने संवेदनशीलता की एक नई मिसाल पेश की। बुधवार को कलेक्टर श्री अमित कुमार और पुलिस अधीक्षक श्री किरण चव्हाण ने किसी प्रोटोकॉल की परवाह न करते हुए, खुद मोटरसाइकिल चलाकर 30 किलोमीटर लंबे उबड़-खाबड़ और दुर्गम रास्तों को पार किया और पहुंचविहीन ग्राम गोंडेरास व नीलावाया पहुँचे।

जिला प्रशासन सुशासन तिहार के माध्यम से 31 व्यक्तिगत योजनाओं और 14 सामुदायिक सुविधाओं को सीधे ग्रामीणों के द्वार तक पहुँचा रहा है। कलेक्टर और एसपी का यह दौरा साबित करता है कि जब प्रशासन संवेदनशीलता के साथ दूरी मिटाता है, तो जनता के मन में व्यवस्था के प्रति विश्वास और बदलाव की नई उम्मीद जागती है।

ग्राम गोंडेरास में इमली की छाँव में समस्याओं का तत्काल समाधान

गोंडेरास गांव में कलेक्टर और एसपी ने किसी आलीशान मंच के बजाय इमली के पेड़ के नीचे बिछी खाट पर बैठकर ग्रामीणों से सीधा संवाद किया। ग्रामीणों द्वारा सोलर प्लेट्स के खराब होने की शिकायत पर कलेक्टर ने तत्काल क्रेडा विभाग को सभी घरों में मरम्मत सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए। गाँव में आंगनबाड़ी और पंचायत भवन जैसे बुनियादी कार्यों के लिए 70 लाख रुपये की स्वीकृति दी गई, जिसकी जिम्मेदारी ग्राम पंचायत को ही सौंपी गई है। शिविर में 17 किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड, 12 जाति प्रमाण पत्र और 11 पीएम-किसान प्रकरणों का निराकरण, 2 किसान किताब, 2 पटवारी प्रतिवेदन सहित कई दस्तावेज मौके पर ही वितरित किए गए।

स्वास्थ्य सुरक्षा और पुलिया की सौगात

ग्राम नीलावाया पहुँचकर अधिकारियों ने जमीन पर बैठकर चौपाल लगाई। बारिश के दिनों में ग्रामीणों को होने वाली 15 किमी की अतिरिक्त दूरी को खत्म करने के लिए कलेक्टर ने मौके पर ही नाले पर पुलिया निर्माण की स्वीकृति दी। 4 मोतियाबिंद मरीजों को जिला अस्पताल भेजने और गर्भवती महिलाओं के सुरक्षित प्रसव के लिए सचिव को कड़े निर्देश दिए गए। शिविर के दौरान 2 गर्भवती महिलाओं की गोद भराई की रस्म पूरी की गई और 22 बच्चों के जन्म प्रमाण पत्र तत्काल बनाकर सौंपे गए।

कागजी नहीं, धरातली सुशासन हमारा लक्ष्य

कलेक्टर श्री अमित कुमार ने ग्रामीणों से कहा कि शासन का लक्ष्य नियद नेल्ला नार (आपका अच्छा गाँव) योजना के जरिए हर घर को बिजली, पानी और स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं के सैचुरेशन (पूर्णता) से जोड़ना है। उन्होंने स्पष्ट किया कि स्थानीय पंचायत को निर्माण एजेंसी बनाना कार्य में तेजी और पारदर्शिता लाने का एक बड़ा कदम है। यह पहली बार है जब कोई कलेक्टर हमारे गाँव तक मोटरसाइकिल से पहुँचा है। अब हमें भरोसा है कि हमारी समस्याएँ अनसुनी नहीं रहेंगी। गांव के सरपंच श्री जोगा वंजामी ने अधिकारियों के आगमन को ऐतिहासिक बताते हुए कहा कि यह पहली बार है जब कोई कलेक्टर उनके गांव तक पहुंचा है।

रायपुर, 07 मई 2026/राज्य सरकार की मंशा के अनुरूप आम जनता की समस्याओं के त्वरित निराकरण हेतु आयोजित सुशासन तिहार शिविर ग्रामीणों के लिए वरदान साबित हो रहे हैं। इसी क्रम में बलौदाबाजार-भाटापारा जिले के ग्राम पंचायत मोहतरा में आयोजित जनसमस्या निवारण शिविर में प्रशासन की संवेदनशीलता का एक अनूठा उदाहरण देखने को मिला, जहाँ ग्राम मोहतरा निवासी महिला कौशिल्या साहू को आवेदन करते ही तत्काल आयुष्मान कार्ड प्रदान किया गया।

मौके पर ही हुआ समाधान

शिविर में अपनी स्वास्थ्य संबंधी चिंताओं को लेकर पहुँची कौशिल्या साहू ने जैसे ही आयुष्मान कार्ड के लिए अपना आवेदन प्रस्तुत किया, संबंधित विभाग के अधिकारियों ने सक्रियता दिखाई। मौके पर ही पात्रता की जाँच कर ऑनलाइन प्रक्रिया पूर्ण की गई और तत्काल कार्ड प्रिंट कर उन्हें सौंप दिया गया।

ग्रामीणों के द्वार तक पहुँची सरकार

हाथों-हाथ आयुष्मान कार्ड मिलने पर कौशिल्या साहू ने खुशी जाहिर करते हुए कहा, ष्पहले छोटे-छोटे कामों के लिए सरकारी दफ्तरों के कई चक्कर लगाने पड़ते थे, लेकिन सुशासन तिहार के माध्यम से अब सरकार खुद हमारे द्वार तक आ रही है। उन्होंने इस त्वरित सुविधा के लिए मुख्यमंत्री श्री विष्णुदेव साय के प्रति आभार व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि यह कार्ड उनके परिवार के लिए स्वास्थ्य सुरक्षा की गारंटी है।

सुशासन की नई मिसाल

The Decision Honours Soul of the Nation and the Legacy of Freedom Movement: Chief Minister

Raipur, May 7, 2026/ Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh Shri Vishnu Deo Sai has welcomed the Union Cabinet’s historic decision to grant statutory protection to ‘Vande Mataram’ on par with the National Anthem, describing it as a significant step towards honouring India’s cultural consciousness, glorious freedom struggle legacy, and spirit of patriotism.

Chief Minister Shri Sai said that the approval of the amendment proposal to the Prevention of Insults to National Honour Act, 1971 by the Union Cabinet under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi is a matter of pride and honour for every Indian citizen.

He stated that ‘Vande Mataram’ has always symbolised the soul of India, the inspiration behind the freedom movement, and the unwavering national commitment of millions of Indians.

Recalling its role during the freedom struggle, Shri Sai said the song infused people with renewed energy, courage, and patriotic fervour in the fight for Independence. Even today, he added, ‘Vande Mataram’ continues to evoke deep feelings of devotion, service, and pride towards the motherland in the hearts of Indians. He noted that the decision would further strengthen respect for patriotism and national symbols across the country.

Expressing gratitude to Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Shri Amit Shah for the landmark decision, Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai said that the Central Government has consistently accorded the highest priority to India’s cultural heritage, national pride, and public sentiments.

Raipur, May 07, 2026/ For years, silence in Tahkadond was more than the absence of sound. In this remote forest village deep inside Abujhmad, communication depended on steep hill climbs, uncertain signals and long walks to distant roads. A phone call was never immediate. It had to be earned.

That reality has now begun to change. With the installation of a mobile tower in Tahkadond, a dependent village under Metanar gram panchayat in Orchha block of Narayanpur district, one of Bastar’s most isolated regions has entered a new phase of connectivity. In a place once described as “abujh”, or unknown, the first mobile ringtone has become a sign of arrival into the digital map of the country.

For villagers here, the shift is deeply personal. Until recently, residents of Tahkadond and nearby villages such as Kader and Brehbeda lived in what was effectively a no-network zone. To make a call, people often climbed nearby hills in search of a signal or walked several kilometres towards the main road. Now, nearly 400 villagers in the region are expected to benefit directly from mobile connectivity.

Connectivity beyond communication

The arrival of network access is changing more than daily communication. In a region where distance often determines survival, connectivity is beginning to influence healthcare, governance and financial access. Villagers can now contact 108 ambulance services during emergencies without leaving their homes or searching for signal points. Access to timely medical help is expected to improve maternal and child healthcare while helping patients receive treatment faster during emergencies. Internet access is also opening doors to online banking, digital payments and government services. Residents can now apply for schemes, access information and complete basic digital transactions without travelling long distances. For many officials working in remote Bastar, the expansion of connectivity is also expected to strengthen delivery of welfare schemes and improve administrative reach in interior villages.

A region slowly reconnecting

In places like Abujhmad, infrastructure often carries a meaning beyond development statistics. Roads, electricity and mobile towers become symbols of visibility for communities that have remained geographically and administratively distant for decades. The mobile tower in Tahkadond is being seen locally as one such moment.

Villagers say the network connection will help improve access to education, healthcare and market information for local products. For younger residents, it also means access to information and opportunities previously available only outside the region. The development reflects a broader attempt to push public services deeper into remote forest areas where geography has long remained a barrier. In Tahkadond, the first mobile signal has done more than connect phones. It has connected a remote settlement to a wider sense of participation, access and possibility.

New India will not tolerate terrorism under any circumstances: Shri Sai

Raipur, May 07, 2026/ Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai, while paying tribute to the valour, bravery and indomitable courage of the Indian armed forces on the first anniversary of “Operation Sindoor”, said the operation was not merely a military action but a symbol of new India’s unwavering resolve, fearless determination and decisive strength.

In a post on X, Shri Sai said the gruesome cross-border terror attack in Pahalgam a year ago had shaken the entire nation, but India’s response to the challenge added a golden chapter of courage and resolve to the country’s history.

He added that “Operation Sindoor” sent a clear message to the world that the new India will not tolerate terrorism under any circumstances. He said India is no longer a nation that will suffer in silence, but one capable of delivering a decisive and effective response to every threat directed at the motherland.

Chief Minister said the operation showcased the courage, strategic strength and commitment of Indian soldiers adding that that the precision and effectiveness of the response had stregthened India’s military capability and leadership on the global stage.

Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, India’s policy of “zero tolerance” towards terrorism has gone beyond rhetoric and has been demonstrated through action on the ground. He said the combined strength of the armed forces, advanced military technology and a self-reliant defence system has shown that India no longer responds passively, but is capable of strong and decisive retaliation when required.

On the first anniversary of “Operation Sindoor”, Shri Sai paid tribute to the brave soldiers whose courage and sacrifice have made every Indian proud. He also paid homage to the tourists who lost their lives in the Pahalgam terror attack.

Raipur, May 7, 2026/ In the forested interiors of Kabirdham district, a Jan Chaupal under a mango tree turned into a moment of quiet affirmation for women whose lives have changed through self-help groups and livelihood support schemes.

During his visit to Kamrakhol in Lokhan gram panchayat under Sushasan Tihar on May 4, Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai sat among villagers and interacted with women who spoke openly about their journey from financial hardship to self-reliance. For many in the remote forest village, the interaction was more than a meeting with Chief Minister. It was a rare moment where years of struggle, labour and gradual progress found recognition.

As women shared their experiences, conversations moved from stories of limited opportunities and economic distress to how self-help groups under the Bihan scheme had helped them build livelihoods and financial confidence. When informed that several women in the area had become “Lakhpati Didis” through the initiative, Shri Sai encouraged them to think beyond small milestones. “You have changed your lives through hard work and confidence. Don’t stop here. Think bigger and move ahead. Now you must dream of becoming ‘Crorepati Didis’,” he told the gathering. The remark drew smiles and applause from women seated at the chaupal.

Among them was Smt. Kachra Telgam from Kukdoor village, who shared how a ₹2 lakh loan under the Bihan scheme helped her purchase shuttering plates and begin a construction material business. She said the early days were difficult, but persistence gradually changed her financial condition. Today, she owns nearly 1,700 square feet of shuttering material and has contributed to the construction of more than 22 houses. The business now earns her an annual income of around ₹2.5 lakh to ₹3 lakh.

Smt. Kachra Telgam said she was once confined largely to household responsibilities, but now contributes significantly to the family’s income, children’s education and savings for the future.
“The way Chief Minister spoke to us felt personal. It felt like someone had truly seen and understood our efforts,” she said, adding that the interaction gave her confidence to aim higher.

The visit highlighted the growing role of women-led self-help groups in bringing economic change to remote tribal and forest regions. In villages once marked by limited livelihood opportunities, women are increasingly emerging as drivers of local economic activity.

Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai said the government’s priority is to ensure that women in remote areas become self-reliant and move ahead with dignity. “When women become economically strong, families and society become stronger,” he said.

In the villages of Kabirdham’s forest belt, the gathering beneath the mango tree has now come to symbolise more than a government outreach event. For many women there, it marked the beginning of larger ambitions and a renewed sense of possibility.

रायपुर 7 मई 2026/ मुख्यमंत्री श्री विष्णुदेव साय ने “ऑपरेशन सिंदूर” की प्रथम वर्षगांठ पर भारतीय सेना के शौर्य, पराक्रम और अदम्य साहस को नमन करते हुए कहा कि यह अभियान केवल एक सैन्य कार्रवाई नहीं, बल्कि नए भारत की अटूट इच्छाशक्ति, निर्भीक संकल्प और निर्णायक शक्ति का प्रतीक है। उन्होंने सोशल मीडिया हैंडल एक्स पर पोस्ट कर कहा कि आज से एक वर्ष पूर्व पहलगाम में सीमा पार से आतंकियों द्वारा किए गए घिनौने हमले ने पूरे राष्ट्र को झकझोर दिया था, लेकिन भारत ने उस चुनौती का ऐसा जवाब दिया, जिसने इतिहास में शौर्य और संकल्प का स्वर्णिम अध्याय जोड़ दिया।
