Emphasis on time-bound resolution of public issues and public participation

In order to ensure prompt and effective resolution of public grievances, the Government of Chhattisgarh will organize “Sushasan Tihar 2026” on a large scale this year as well. In this regard, Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai has issued a letter to all District Collectors of the state, providing detailed guidelines for the successful organization of the campaign.

In his letter, the Chief Minister has stated that time-bound redressal of public grievances is the cornerstone of good governance, and providing transparent, simple, and prompt services to citizens is the top priority of the state government. Considering the positive outcomes of last year’s Sushasan Tihar, it will be conducted on a much larger scale this year.

Instructions to resolve pending cases by 30 April

The Chief Minister has directed Collectors to conduct a special program to resolve pending cases in the district by 30 April 2026. This includes priority resolution of land-related cases such as mutation, partition, demarcation, pending wage payments under MGNREGA, pending payments under beneficiary-oriented schemes, issuance of income, caste, and residence certificates, electricity and transformer-related issues, and handpump repairs. He has also directed special focus on ensuring eligible beneficiaries receive benefits under schemes such as Ujjwala Yojana, ration cards, Ayushman Bharat, and social security pensions.

Public grievance redressal camps from 01 May to 10 June

Under Sushasan Tihar, public grievance redressal camps will be organized across the state from 01 May to 10 June 2026. In rural areas, camps will be held in clusters of 15 to 20 Gram Panchayats, while in urban areas they will be organized based on ward clusters. These camps will include extensive awareness drives regarding various government schemes, and eligible beneficiaries will be provided benefits on the spot. Directions have also been given to ensure that applications received in the camps are resolved within a maximum of one month and that applicants are informed about the status of their applications.

The Chief Minister has instructed that during the campaign, Ministers, Members of Parliament, and Members of Legislative Assembly, along with the Chief Secretary and in-charge Secretaries, will periodically visit the camps to inspect arrangements and interact with the public.

Chief Minister to conduct surprise inspections and review meetings

During the campaign, Chief Minister Shri Sai himself will visit various districts to conduct surprise inspections of development works and implementation of schemes, and will take feedback from beneficiaries. He will also hold review meetings with officials at district headquarters to assess the status of disposal of applications received in the camps and the progress of various schemes. After inspections and review meetings, the Chief Minister will address press briefings and meet with various social organizations and citizens to gather suggestions.

Extensive publicity for public participation

The Public Relations Department and district administrations have been directed to prepare an effective action plan for wide publicity of Sushasan Tihar through various media, so that maximum citizens can participate in the campaign. The Chief Minister has urged all Collectors to ensure advance preparations and transform this campaign into a mass movement with maximum public participation, ensuring that citizens receive the full benefits of government schemes.

Nari Shakti Vandan Act marks a historic step towards women’s empowerment in India

Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai attended the Nari Shakti Vandan Maha Sammelan held at Deendayal Upadhyay Auditorium in Raipur on Wednesday. Reaffirming the government’s commitment to women’s empowerment, he described passing of the Nari Shakti Vandan Act, 2023 a historic step that will ensure “greater participation of women in decision-making processes” across the country.

Extending his greetings to women, Chief Minister stated that in India’s Sanatan tradition, women hold the highest position. “We worship the divine feminine,” he remarked, highlighting that Goddess Lakshmi represents prosperity, Saraswati symbolises knowledge, and Durga embodies strength. He added that although efforts for women’s reservation were made earlier, the decisive implementation became possible only under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, reflecting “firm will and visionary governance.”

Chief Minister also cited key initiatives such as Beti Bachao-Beti Padhao, Sukanya Samriddhi Yojana, and Mahtari Vandan Yojana, stating that these schemes have paved the way for “inclusive and sustainable empowerment of women.” He informed that the state is celebrating this year as ‘Mahtari Gaurav Varsh’, under which nearly 70 lakh women are receiving Rs. 1,000 per month through the Mahtari Vandan Yojana. This financial support is enabling women to progress in education, healthcare, and livelihood sectors, fostering “economic independence at the grassroots level.”

Shri Sai further stated that Naxalism in the Bastar region has been effectively curbed, and the state is now moving steadily on a path of development. Describing the Nari Shakti Vandan Act as one of the most important decisions of the 21st century, he said it will provide “new strength to women’s participation and leadership in governance.” During the event, the resolve of “women’s role in decision-making from Panchayat to Parliament—preparing a new India” was reiterated.

He noted that over 14 lakh women are already actively contributing in Panchayati Raj institutions, reflecting their growing confidence and leadership capacity. On the occasion, the Chief Minister felicitated women with flowers and extended his congratulations and best wishes.

Speaking at the event, Women and Child Development Minister Smt. Laxmi Rajwade emphasised that women’s determination and strong willpower are enabling them to take significant decisions. She said that when given responsibility, women can transform the nation’s future, reinforcing the idea of “equal participation in nation-building.”

Former Rajya Sabha MP Smt. Saroj Pandey stated that the Act will be implemented by 2029, under which women will receive 33 percent reservation in the Lok Sabha and State Legislative Assemblies, ensuring “fair representation in legislative institutions.”

The programme was attended by MP Smt. Roopkumari Chaudhary, MP Shri Brijmohan Agrawal, Padma Shri awardee Sushri Usha Barle, MLA Shri Purandar Mishra, Chairperson of the Child Protection Commission Smt. आरटीई के तहत 14,403 बच्चों को निजी स्कूलों में मिला प्रवेश, ऑनलाइन लॉटरी बनी सुशासन का उदाहरण

रायपुर 15 अप्रैल 2026/छत्तीसगढ़ में समावेशी और गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा को सशक्त आधार देने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण और दूरदर्शी पहल करते हुए मुख्यमंत्री श्री विष्णु देव साय ने शिक्षा का अधिकार (आरटीई) अधिनियम के अंतर्गत निजी विद्यालयों में प्रवेश हेतु ऑनलाइन लॉटरी प्रक्रिया के माध्यम से 14,403 बच्चों का चयन सुनिश्चित किया। मंत्रालय महानदी भवन से वर्चुअल माध्यम से प्रारंभ हुई यह प्रक्रिया पारदर्शिता, समान अवसर और डिजिटल सुशासन की प्रतिबद्धता का सशक्त उदाहरण बनकर सामने आई है।

राज्यभर से प्राप्त कुल 38,439 आवेदनों में से 27,203 आवेदन निर्धारित मानकों के अनुरूप पात्र पाए गए, जिनमें से ऑनलाइन लॉटरी के माध्यम से 14,403 बच्चों को निजी विद्यालयों में प्रवेश प्रदान किया गया। यह पूरी प्रक्रिया पूर्व निर्धारित समय-सारिणी के अनुसार राज्य स्तर पर सुव्यवस्थित रूप से संपन्न हुई, जिसमें शिक्षा मंत्री श्री गजेंद्र यादव सहित विभागीय वरिष्ठ अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।

मुख्यमंत्री श्री साय ने कहा कि शिक्षा प्रत्येक बच्चे का मौलिक अधिकार है और राज्य सरकार यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए पूरी तरह प्रतिबद्ध है कि किसी भी बच्चे की प्रगति आर्थिक अभाव के कारण बाधित न हो। हमारी प्राथमिकता है कि हर बच्चे को समान अवसर के साथ गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा प्राप्त हो।

उल्लेखनीय है कि आरटीई प्रावधानों के तहत निजी विद्यालयों में 25 प्रतिशत सीटें आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर एवं वंचित वर्ग के बच्चों के लिए आरक्षित की गई हैं। इस योजना के माध्यम से राज्य सरकार समाज के अंतिम छोर पर खड़े बच्चों तक शिक्षा की रोशनी पहुंचाने का सतत प्रयास कर रही है। वर्तमान में इस योजना के अंतर्गत प्रदेश के 3 लाख 63 हजार से अधिक विद्यार्थी लाभान्वित हो रहे हैं।
राज्य सरकार द्वारा वर्ष 2026-27 के लिए इस योजना के अंतर्गत शुल्क प्रतिपूर्ति राशि को बढ़ाकर 300 करोड़ रुपये कर दिया गया है, जिससे अधिक से अधिक बच्चों को इस योजना का लाभ मिल सके और निजी विद्यालयों में उनके प्रवेश की प्रक्रिया और सुदृढ़ हो।
पूरी प्रवेश प्रक्रिया को डिजिटल माध्यम से संचालित किया जा रहा है, जिसमें आवेदन से लेकर दस्तावेज सत्यापन और चयन तक के सभी चरण पूर्णतः पारदर्शी और तकनीक आधारित हैं। अभिभावक स्वयं या चॉइस सेंटर के माध्यम से आवेदन कर सकते हैं। आवेदन के दौरान ही सिस्टम द्वारा निवास क्षेत्र से 1.5 किलोमीटर के दायरे में स्थित निजी विद्यालयों की जानकारी एवं उपलब्ध सीटों का विवरण प्रदर्शित किया जाता है, जिससे अभिभावकों को सूचित एवं सहज चयन का अवसर प्राप्त होता है। पात्रता के अनुसार 5.5 से 6.5 वर्ष आयु वर्ग के बच्चों को कक्षा पहली में प्रवेश दिया जाएगा, जबकि अनुसूचित जाति, जनजाति, दिव्यांग एवं अन्य कमजोर वर्गों को प्राथमिकता प्रदान की जाती है। जिन विद्यालयों में सीटें रिक्त रह जाती हैं, वहाँ जिला स्तर पर ऑफलाइन लॉटरी प्रक्रिया आयोजित की जाएगी, जिसकी जानकारी आरटीई पोर्टल पर उपलब्ध कराई जाएगी।

यह पहल न केवल हजारों बच्चों के शिक्षा के सपनों को साकार कर रही है, बल्कि छत्तीसगढ़ में एक समावेशी, पारदर्शी और उत्तरदायी शिक्षा व्यवस्था को भी मजबूत आधार प्रदान कर रही है। राज्य सरकार का यह प्रयास शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में एक सशक्त और दूरदर्शी परिवर्तन का संकेत है।

सौर ऊर्जा आधारित प्रणालियों से पेयजल, रोशनी और सिंचाई सुविधाएं हुई मजबूत

रायपुर, 15 अप्रैल 2026/ अक्षय ऊर्जा के क्षेत्र में क्रेडा विभाग द्वारा किए जा रहे कार्यों ने आमजन के जीवन में उल्लेखनीय और सकारात्मक परिवर्तन लाया है। मुख्यमंत्री श्री विष्णुदेव साय के मार्गदर्शन में सौर ऊर्जा आधारित प्रणालियों के बेहतर उपयोग पर विशेष जोर दिया जा रहा है, जिससे विकास की गति को नई दिशा मिली है। विभाग की विभिन्न योजनाओं के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन के परिणामस्वरूप अब लोगों को बुनियादी सुविधाएं अधिक सरलता और सहजता से उपलब्ध हो रही हैं। सौर ऊर्जा के उपयोग से जहां एक ओर स्वच्छ पेयजल और सिंचाई व्यवस्थाएं सुदृढ़ हुई हैं, वहीं दूसरी ओर ग्रामीण और शहरी क्षेत्रों में बिना बिजली बिल के निरंतर रोशनी सुनिश्चित हो रही है। इससे न केवल लोगों का दैनिक जीवन अधिक सुविधाजनक हुआ है, बल्कि उनके जीवन स्तर में स्थायी और सकारात्मक सुधार लाने में भी महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई है।

114 सोलर ड्यूल पंप से पेयजल और सिंचाई सुविधा सुदृढ़

ग्रामीण एवं कस्बाई क्षेत्रों में जल जीवन मिशन के अंतर्गत भारत सरकार के जल शक्ति मंत्रालय की पहल पर प्रत्येक परिवार तक स्वच्छ पेयजल पहुंचाने का लक्ष्य निर्धारित किया गया है। क्रेडा विभाग द्वारा पिछले दो वर्षों में जल जीवन मिशन अंतर्गत जशपुर जिले में 114 सोलर ड्यूल पंप स्थापित किए गए हैं। इनसे पेयजल आपूर्ति के साथ-साथ सिंचाई के लिए सस्ती एवं सुलभ ऊर्जा उपलब्ध हो रही है। सोलर पंपों के उपयोग से किसानों की डीजल एवं बिजली पर निर्भरता कम हुई है, जिससे उनकी लागत में कमी आई है और आय में वृद्धि हुई है। पानी की उपलब्धता बढ़ने से किसान वर्षभर खेती कर पा रहे हैं, जिससे उत्पादन में भी वृद्धि हुई है। वहीं घर के समीप जल उपलब्ध होने से महिलाओं को दूर से पानी लाने की परेशानी से राहत मिली है।

80 सोलर हाई मास्ट से रोशन हुए गांव और शहर

जशपुर जिले में सार्वजनिक स्थलों पर बेहतर प्रकाश व्यवस्था के लिए सोलर हाई मास्ट योजना के तहत ग्रामों, कस्बों और शहरी क्षेत्रों के प्रमुख चौक-चौराहों पर संयंत्र स्थापित किए जा रहे हैं। पिछले दो वर्षों में 80 सोलर हाई मास्ट लगाए जा चुके हैं। इन सौर ऊर्जा आधारित लाइटों से रात्रिकालीन आवागमन अधिक सुरक्षित और सुगम हुआ है। साथ ही, दुर्घटनाओं और अपराधों में भी कमी आई है। जहां बिजली आपूर्ति सीमित या बाधित रहती है वहां भी ये हाई मास्ट निर्बाध रूप से रोशनी प्रदान कर रहे हैं।

800 सोलर पंप से किसानों को मिली बड़ी राहत

कृषि प्रधान छत्तीसगढ़ में सौर सुजला योजना किसानों के लिए वरदान साबित हो रही है। इस योजना के अंतर्गत जशपुर जिले में पिछले दो वर्षों में 800 सोलर पंप स्थापित किए गए हैं, जिनसे सिंचाई सुविधाओं का व्यापक विस्तार हुआ है। सोलर पंपों के उपयोग से किसानों को बिजली बिल से मुक्ति मिली है, जिससे उनकी आर्थिक स्थिति सुदृढ़ हुई है। साथ ही कृषि उत्पादन में वृद्धि, भू-जल संरक्षण एवं संवर्धन, तथा ग्रामीण अर्थव्यवस्था को मजबूती मिलने जैसे सकारात्मक परिणाम सामने आए हैं।

छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य बाल अधिकार संरक्षण आयोग द्वारा राज्य में “रक्षक (RAKSHAK) पाठ्यक्रम” को प्रभावी रूप से लागू करने की दिशा में महत्वपूर्ण पहल की जा रही है। इस विशेष शैक्षणिक कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य महाविद्यालयीन विद्यार्थियों के माध्यम से बाल अधिकारों के प्रति जागरूकता बढ़ाना, बच्चों की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करना और समाज में बाल संरक्षण के प्रति संवेदनशीलता विकसित करना है।
इस पाठ्यक्रम के क्रियान्वयन के लिए पूर्व में मुख्यमंत्री श्री विष्णुदेव साय, महिला एवं बाल विकास मंत्री श्रीमती लक्ष्मी रजवाड़े तथा उच्च शिक्षा मंत्री श्री टंक राम वर्मा के सहयोग से एमओयू संपन्न किया गया था। यह समझौता राज्य के उच्च शिक्षण संस्थानों में “रक्षक” पाठ्यक्रम लागू करने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम साबित हुआ है।
इसी क्रम में बुधवार को रायपुर स्थित होटल बेबिलोन में “रक्षक” पाठ्यक्रम के अंतर्गत तैयार उप-इकाइयों (सब-यूनिट्स) को अंतिम रूप देने हेतु विश्वविद्यालय स्तरीय परामर्श बैठक आयोजित की गई। कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत दीप प्रज्वलन से हुई, जिसके बाद आयोग के सचिव श्री प्रतीक खरे और डायरेक्टर श्रीमती संगीता बिंद ने अतिथियों का स्वागत किया।
आयोग की अध्यक्ष डॉ. वर्णिका शर्मा ने अपने संबोधन में कहा कि “रक्षक पाठ्यक्रम केवल एक शैक्षणिक कार्यक्रम नहीं, बल्कि बच्चों के अधिकारों की सुरक्षा के लिए एक सशक्त सामाजिक अभियान है। हमारा प्रयास है कि इसे प्रभावी रूप से लागू कर आने वाली पीढ़ी को सुरक्षित और जागरूक बनाया जाए।”
बैठक में राज्य के प्रमुख विश्वविद्यालयों—पंडित रविशंकर शुक्ल विश्वविद्यालय, कुशाभाऊ ठाकरे पत्रकारिता एवं जनसंचार विश्वविद्यालय, संत गहिरा गुरु विश्वविद्यालय (सरगुजा), श्री शंकराचार्य प्रोफेशनल यूनिवर्सिटी (भिलाई), एमिटी यूनिवर्सिटी और अंजनेय यूनिवर्सिटी—के कुलपति, कुलसचिव, प्रतिनिधि एवं विषय विशेषज्ञ शामिल हुए।
परामर्श बैठक का मुख्य उद्देश्य पाठ्यक्रम की उप-इकाइयों पर विस्तृत चर्चा कर उन्हें अंतिम स्वरूप प्रदान करना था, ताकि आगामी शैक्षणिक सत्र से इसे प्रभावी रूप से लागू किया जा सके। इस दौरान विशेषज्ञों ने पाठ्यक्रम की संरचना, उपयोगिता और व्यवहारिक पहलुओं पर अपने सुझाव प्रस्तुत किए। सभी विश्वविद्यालयों के प्रतिनिधियों ने इस पहल को समय की आवश्यकता बताते हुए आयोग की सराहना की और इसके सफल क्रियान्वयन में पूर्ण सहयोग का आश्वासन दिया। आयोग को विश्वास है कि “रक्षक” पाठ्यक्रम जल्द ही राज्य के महाविद्यालयों में लागू होगा, जिससे विद्यार्थियों के माध्यम से बाल अधिकारों की सुरक्षा को मजबूती मिलेगी और बच्चों के सुरक्षित भविष्य के निर्माण में महत्वपूर्ण योगदान सुनिश्चित होगा।

रायपुर, 15 अप्रैल 2026/ कोबरा जिले में राशन वितरण कार्य में अनियमितता को लेकर प्राप्त शिकायतों पर प्रशासन ने गंभीरता से कार्रवाई करते हुए कई उचित मूल्य दुकानों के संचालकों के विरुद्ध कड़ी कार्यवाही शुरू कर दी गई है। शिकायतों पर खाद्य विभाग द्वारा जांच कराई गई। जांच में ग्राम पंचायत कोरकोमा, खोड्डल एवं पटपरा की शासकीय उचित मूल्य दुकानों में गंभीर अनियमितताएं पाई गईं। जिन शासकीय उचित मूल्य की दुकानों में अनियमितताएं पाई गई है उन संचालकों के विरूद्ध प्रथम सूचना प्रतिवेदन दर्ज कराया गया है।

कोरकोमा स्थित दुकान में संचालक संस्था द्वारा लगभग 197.45 क्विंटल चावल एवं 22.82 क्विंटल नमक का व्यपवर्तन किया जाना सामने आया है। साथ ही लगभग 435 राशन कार्डधारियों को निर्धारित अवधि में राशन वितरण नहीं किया गया। इस मामले में संबंधित संचालकों को कारण बताओ नोटिस जारी कर प्रकरण दर्ज किया गया है।

इसी प्रकार खोड्डल की उचित मूल्य दुकान में 334.98 क्विंटल चावल एवं 6 क्विंटल शक्कर के व्यपवर्तन का मामला सामने आया है। यहां दुकान का नियमित संचालन नहीं होने एवं सीमित दिनों में ही वितरण किए जाने की शिकायतें भी सही पाई गईं। इस पर छत्तीसगढ़ सार्वजनिक वितरण प्रणाली (नियंत्रण) आदेश 2016 के तहत कार्रवाई की जा रही है।

वहीं पटपरा (विकासखंड पाली) की दुकान में भी गंभीर अनियमितताएं उजागर हुई हैं। जांच में पाया गया कि लगभग 422 हितग्राहियों का बायोमेट्रिक प्रमाणीकरण होने के बावजूद उन्हें राशन वितरित नहीं किया गया। इस प्रकरण में संचालकों के विरुद्ध थाना पाली में एफआईआर दर्ज कराई गई है । विभागीय जांच में यह भी सामने आया कि मार्च 2026 में भंडारण में विलंब एवं एई-पीडीएस सर्वर मेंटेनेंस के कारण कुछ स्थानों पर समय पर वितरण प्रभावित हुआ।

खाद्य विभाग ने स्पष्ट किया है कि अवितरित राशन के वितरण के लिए अप्रैल माह में आवश्यक प्रावधान किए जा रहे हैं तथा बैकलॉग वितरण शीघ्र सुनिश्चित किया जाएगा। जिला प्रशासन ने कहा है कि राशन वितरण में किसी भी प्रकार की लापरवाही या अनियमितता बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी और दोषियों के विरुद्ध सख्त कार्रवाई जारी रहेगी।

रायपुर 15 अप्रैल 2026/ बिलासपुर जिले में सार्वजनिक वितरण प्रणाली के तहत राशन के संबंध में खाद्य विभाग ने स्पष्ट किया है कि जिले में खाद्यान्न भंडारण एवं वितरण कार्य सुचारू रूप से संचालित हो रहा है।

खाद्य नियंत्रक, जिला बिलासपुर द्वारा दी गई जानकारी के अनुसार, अप्रैल से जून 2026 तक तीन माह के खाद्यान्न के भंडारण एवं वितरण की व्यवस्था की गई है। इसके तहत जिले में संचालित 695 शासकीय उचित मूल्य दुकानों में आबंटन के विरुद्ध 70 प्रतिशत से अधिक खाद्यान्न का भंडारण किया जा चुका है।

विभाग ने बताया कि किसी भी उचित मूल्य दुकान में तीन माह के खाद्यान्न भंडारण हेतु स्थान की कोई समस्या नहीं आई है। साथ ही, एपीएल मद के चावल का बीपीएल मद में समायोजन या वितरण नहीं किया जा सकता, जिसका पालन किया जा रहा है।

राशन वितरण प्रक्रिया के तहत हितग्राहियों को तीन माह का राशन प्राप्त करने के लिए ई-पॉस मशीन में छह बार फिंगरप्रिंट सत्यापन करना पड़ रहा है। विभाग के अनुसार, जिले में अब तक 37 प्रतिशत हितग्राहियों को तीन माह का खाद्यान्न वितरित किया जा चुका है तथा वितरण कार्य निरंतर जारी है।

खाद्य विभाग ने यह भी स्पष्ट किया है कि ई-पॉस मशीन में किसी प्रकार की तकनीकी समस्या नहीं है तथा एपीएल राशनकार्डधारियों के लिए मासिक आबंटन नियमित रूप से प्राप्त हो रहा है। जिले में राशन वितरण कार्य पूर्णतः व्यवस्थित एवं सुचारू रूप से संचालित हो रहा है।

Number of cooperative societies rises to 2,573 across the state

Farmers to get easier access to fertilisers, seeds and short-term credit

Raipur, April 15, 2026/ Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai on Wednesday virtually launched 515 newly formed Primary Agricultural Credit Societies (PACS) from Mantralaya Mahanadi Bhawan in Nava Raipur, calling it a major step for farmers in the state. Describing the initiative as significant, he said it will help realise the vision of “prosperity through cooperation”.

With the addition of these societies, the total number of cooperative societies in the state has increased to 2,573. Chief Minister extended his wishes to farmers stating that the government is promoting modern technology and cooperative-based approaches to strengthen agriculture and rural prosperity. The PACS will function as multi-purpose societies, enabling farmers to access fertilisers, seeds and short-term credit near their villages. The procurement process for paddy will also become easier, allowing farmers to sell produce at nearby societies.

Chief Minister said 2,058 existing societies have been computerised to improve service delivery, and micro-ATMs have been installed, allowing farmers to withdraw up to Rs 20,000. Of the 515 newly formed societies, 197 have been set up in tribal areas to ensure access for farmers in remote regions. He added that these societies will expand beyond input distribution and may support allied activities such as dairy and fisheries in the future. Common Service Centres will also be established at these societies, offering more than 25 government services at a single location.

Chief Minister urged farmers to become members of these societies and take active part in their functioning to maximise benefits.

Minister of Co-operatives Shri Kedar Kashyap joined the programme virtually. Agriculture Minister Shri Ramvichar Netam, Health Minister Shri Shyam Bihari Jaiswal, Industries Minister Shri Lakhan Lal Dewangan, Education Minister Shri Gajendra Yadav, Tourism Minister Shri Rajesh Agrawal, Skill Development Minister Shri Guru Khushwant Saheb, Apex Bank authorised officer Shri Kedarnath Gupta, Chief Minister’s Secretary Shri Rahul Bhagat, Co-operatives Secretary Shri C.R. Prasanna, Managing Director of the Co-operatives Department Shri K.N. Kande, along with around 2,500 public representatives, farmers and officials from various districts, were present.
