समयबद्ध कार्रवाई से दिव्यांग पेंशन योजना का लाभ हुआ सुनिश्चित

रायपुर, 25 जून 2026/ मुख्यमंत्री श्री विष्णु देव साय के नेतृत्व में संचालित मुख्यमंत्री हेल्पलाइन 1076 प्रदेशवासियों की समस्याओं के त्वरित समाधान का प्रभावी मंच बनकर सामने आई है। हेल्पलाइन के माध्यम से दर्ज शिकायतों पर तत्परता से कार्रवाई कर पात्र हितग्राहियों को शासन की योजनाओं का लाभ दिलाया जा रहा है।

इसी क्रम में जशपुर जिले के पत्थलगांव विकासखंड अंतर्गत ग्राम पंचायत घरजियाबथान निवासी श्री योगेश यादव ने अपनी 65 प्रतिशत दिव्यांग पुत्री चांदनी यादव को सामाजिक सुरक्षा पेंशन योजना के तहत दिव्यांग पेंशन का लाभ नहीं मिलने की शिकायत मुख्यमंत्री हेल्पलाइन 1076 में दर्ज कराई थी।

शिकायत प्राप्त होते ही जनपद पंचायत पत्थलगांव एवं मुख्य कार्यपालन अधिकारी कार्यालय ने मामले को गंभीरता से लेते हुए आवश्यक कार्रवाई शुरू की। पंचायत सचिव के माध्यम से आवेदन एवं आवश्यक दस्तावेज प्राप्त कर प्रकरण की जांच की गई। जांच में चांदनी यादव को दिव्यांग पेंशन योजना के लिए पात्र पाया गया, जिसके बाद उनकी पेंशन स्वीकृत करने की प्रक्रिया पूरी कर दी गई।

अब चांदनी यादव को सामाजिक सुरक्षा पेंशन योजना के अंतर्गत नियमित रूप से पेंशन का लाभ प्राप्त होगा। निर्धारित समय-सीमा में शिकायत का सफल निराकरण कर प्रकरण का निस्तारण किया गया।

चांदनी के पिता श्री योगेश यादव ने मुख्यमंत्री हेल्पलाइन 1076 की सराहना करते हुए कहा कि यह व्यवस्था आम नागरिकों के लिए अत्यंत उपयोगी और भरोसेमंद साबित हो रही है। उन्होंने अपनी पुत्री को समय पर न्याय एवं योजना का लाभ दिलाने के लिए मुख्यमंत्री श्री विष्णु देव साय तथा जिला प्रशासन के प्रति आभार व्यक्त किया।

24 घंटे सक्रिय है मुख्यमंत्री हेल्पलाइन 1076

मुख्यमंत्री हेल्पलाइन 1076 के माध्यम से प्रदेश के नागरिक अपनी शिकायतें दर्ज कराने के साथ-साथ सुझाव एवं फीडबैक भी साझा कर सकते हैं। हेल्पलाइन को व्हाट्सएप प्लेटफॉर्म से भी जोड़ा गया है, जिससे नागरिक आसानी से अपनी समस्याएं शासन तक पहुंचा सकते हैं।

राज्य शासन के 42 विभागों के लगभग 8 हजार अधिकारी इस व्यवस्था से जुड़े हुए हैं और 1195 श्रेणियों में निर्धारित समय-सीमा के भीतर शिकायतों के निराकरण की व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित की गई है। प्रत्येक शिकायत को एक यूनिक आईडी प्रदान की जाती है, जिससे आवेदक अपनी शिकायत की स्थिति ऑनलाइन ट्रैक कर सकता है।

यदि शिकायतकर्ता समाधान से संतुष्ट नहीं होता, तो प्रकरण स्वतः उच्च अधिकारियों के पास पुनः परीक्षण और जांच के लिए भेज दिया जाता है। मुख्यमंत्री हेल्पलाइन 1076 सप्ताह के सातों दिन, 24 घंटे संचालित रहती है। इसके संचालन के लिए तीन पालियों में कर्मचारियों की तैनाती की गई है तथा सचिव स्तर के अधिकारी और मुख्यमंत्री सचिवालय द्वारा इसकी नियमित मॉनिटरिंग की जाती है।

Raipur, June 25, 2026/ Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai celebrated the outstanding success of students from the Tribal Youth Hostel (Dwarka, New Delhi) who recently cleared the prestigious Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) Civil Services Preliminary Examination-2026.
During a warm and deeply encouraging interaction at Chhattisgarh Sadan in New Delhi today, Chief Minister Shri Sai extended his heartfelt wishes to the candidates for the upcoming Mains Exam. He emphasized that their triumph is not merely a personal milestone, but a profound tribute to the hard work and dreams of Chhattisgarh's working-class families.

Praising the students, Chief Minister Shri Sai remarked that their success is the proof that true talent is never bound by financial constraints or family background. These children from modest backgrounds, children of masons, farmers, teachers, have conquered the first hurdle of the nation's most demanding competitive exam through sheer hard work, discipline, and resolve. Their journey is a deeply inspiring example for the entire state, especially our youth," said Chief Minister Shri Sai.

During the interaction, Shri Sai discussed their preparation strategies, study methods, and future aspirations. The students shared their experiences regarding the exceptional academic environment and guidance provided at the Tribal Youth Hostel, noting that the State Government's supportive ecosystem gave them the confidence to set and achieve their ambitious goals.

Reminding the candidates that clearing the Prelims is just the first significant milestone, Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai emphasized that the ultimate goal lies in excelling at the Mains and the subsequent interview. Chief Minister noted that the capacity of the Tribal Youth Hostel in New Delhi has been significantly upgraded. The number of seats has been increased from 50 to 200. This vital expansion provides students from Chhattisgarh's remote forest regions, tribal belts, and rural areas with a stellar opportunity to reside in the national capital and prepare for the UPSC and other elite competitive exams.

Raipur, June 25, 2026/ Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai on Thursday met Union Minister for Health and Family Welfare and Chemicals and Fertilizers Shri JP Nadda in New Delhi to discuss the expansion of healthcare services, strengthening of medical infrastructure and measures to ensure the timely availability of fertilizers and seeds for farmers ahead of the kharif season.

Chief Minister briefed Shri Nadda on the state's efforts to strengthen healthcare delivery, particularly in remote, rural and tribal areas. He said hospitals, medical colleges and other healthcare institutions are being upgraded to improve access to quality treatment and advanced medical facilities within Chhattisgarh.

The meeting also focused on agriculture and the timely availability of fertilizers and seeds for the kharif season. Shri Sai said the state government has directed officials to ensure an adequate and timely supply of fertilizers and seeds so that farmers face no disruption during the kharif season. He added that the fertilizer distribution system is under continuous monitoring, with strict action being taken against black marketing, hoarding and any negligence in supply.

Chief Minister also informed the Union Minister that the state is promoting the use of nano urea and nano DAP through awareness campaigns designed to encourage wider adoption. He said the initiative aims to improve farm productivity, reduce cultivation costs and make agriculture more remunerative. Village-level campaigns are also being conducted to familiarize farmers with modern agricultural technologies and practices.

Shri Sai said the Chhattisgarh government, with the support of the Centre, is committed to accelerating development in healthcare, agriculture and public welfare while further strengthening Centre-state coordination for the state's overall development.

नई दिल्ली, 25 जून 2026/ मुख्यमंत्री श्री विष्णुदेव साय ने आज नई दिल्ली स्थित छत्तीसगढ़ सदन में संघ लोक सेवा आयोग (UPSC) की प्रारंभिक परीक्षा में सफल हुए ट्राइबल यूथ हॉस्टल, द्वारका के विद्यार्थियों से आत्मीय मुलाकात कर उनका उत्साहवर्धन किया। इस अवसर पर उन्होंने विद्यार्थियों को मुख्य परीक्षा के लिए शुभकामनाएं देते हुए कहा कि यह उपलब्धि केवल व्यक्तिगत सफलता नहीं, बल्कि छत्तीसगढ़ के मेहनतकश परिवारों के सपनों और संघर्ष का सम्मान भी है।

उन्होंने कहा कि द्वारका स्थित ट्राइबल यूथ हॉस्टल इसी सोच का परिणाम है, जहां प्रदेश के अनुसूचित जनजाति, अनुसूचित जाति और अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग के प्रतिभाशाली विद्यार्थी राष्ट्रीय स्तर की प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं की तैयारी कर रहे हैं। यहां उपलब्ध शैक्षणिक वातावरण, मार्गदर्शन और आवश्यक सुविधाओं का सकारात्मक परिणाम अब यूपीएससी जैसी प्रतिष्ठित परीक्षा में विद्यार्थियों की लगातार बढ़ती सफलता के रूप में सामने आने लगा है।

नई दिल्ली, 25 जून 2026। छत्तीसगढ़ के मुख्यमंत्री श्री विष्णुदेव साय ने आज नई दिल्ली में केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण तथा रसायन एवं उर्वरक मंत्री श्री जेपी नड्डा से उनके आवास पर शिष्टाचार मुलाकात की। इस दौरान जनस्वास्थ्य, चिकित्सा अधोसंरचना, औषधि एवं उर्वरक क्षेत्र सहित विभिन्न विभागीय और समसामयिक विषयों पर विस्तृत एवं सार्थक चर्चा हुई।

मुख्यमंत्री श्री साय ने केंद्रीय मंत्री को अवगत कराया कि राज्य सरकार स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं के विस्तार और सुदृढ़ीकरण के लिए लगातार कार्य कर रही है। विशेष रूप से दूरस्थ, ग्रामीण और जनजातीय क्षेत्रों तक गुणवत्तापूर्ण स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएं पहुंचाने के लिए अस्पतालों, मेडिकल कॉलेजों और अन्य चिकित्सा संस्थानों को मजबूत बनाया जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य सरकार का प्रयास है कि प्रदेश के नागरिकों को बेहतर उपचार और आधुनिक स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएं अपने ही राज्य में उपलब्ध हों।

बैठक के दौरान मुख्यमंत्री ने कृषि और उर्वरक क्षेत्र से जुड़े विषयों पर भी चर्चा की। उन्होंने केंद्रीय मंत्री को जानकारी दी कि राज्य में किसानों को खाद और बीज की पर्याप्त एवं समय पर उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करने के लिए स्पष्ट निर्देश जारी किए गए हैं। सरकार यह सुनिश्चित कर रही है कि किसानों को किसी भी प्रकार की परेशानी का सामना न करना पड़े तथा खरीफ सीजन के दौरान आवश्यक कृषि आदानों की आपूर्ति सुचारु रूप से बनी रहे।

मुख्यमंत्री श्री साय ने बताया कि अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए गए हैं कि खाद वितरण व्यवस्था पर सतत निगरानी रखी जाए और किसी भी प्रकार की कालाबाजारी, जमाखोरी अथवा लापरवाही को कतई बर्दाश्त न किया जाए। साथ ही गांव-गांव अभियान चलाकर किसानों को आधुनिक कृषि तकनीकों से जोड़ने तथा नई तकनीकों को अपनाने के लिए प्रेरित करने के निर्देश भी दिए गए हैं।

उन्होंने केंद्रीय मंत्री को यह भी अवगत कराया कि राज्य सरकार नैनो यूरिया और नैनो डीएपी के उपयोग को बढ़ावा दे रही है। किसानों को इनके लाभों की जानकारी देने के लिए व्यापक जागरूकता अभियान चलाए जा रहे हैं, ताकि खेती में उत्पादन क्षमता बढ़े, लागत कम हो और कृषि अधिक लाभकारी बन सके।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार भारत सरकार के पूर्ण सहयोग से स्वास्थ्य, कृषि और जनकल्याण के क्षेत्रों में विकास को नई गति देने के लिए निरंतर प्रयासरत है। राज्य के समग्र विकास के लिए केंद्र और राज्य के बीच बेहतर समन्वय को और मजबूत किया जा रहा है।

केंद्रीय मंत्री श्री जेपी नड्डा ने छत्तीसगढ़ में स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं के विस्तार, किसानों के हित में उठाए जा रहे कदमों तथा जनकल्याण के लिए किए जा रहे प्रयासों की सराहना की। उन्होंने स्वास्थ्य एवं अन्य विकासात्मक क्षेत्रों में केंद्र सरकार की ओर से हरसंभव सहयोग का भरोसा दिलाया।

मुख्यमंत्री ने बताया कि बस्तर में सड़क, शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, पेयजल एवं संचार सुविधाओं के विस्तार के साथ-साथ शासन की योजनाओं को गांव-गांव तक पहुंचाने के लिए विशेष अभियान चलाए जा रहे हैं। सेवा केंद्रों एवं जनसुविधा केंद्रों के माध्यम से लोगों को शासकीय सेवाएं उनके घर के निकट उपलब्ध कराई जा रही हैं।

श्री साय ने कहा कि बस्तर आज विकास और पर्यटन के नए केंद्र के रूप में उभर रहा है। चित्रकोट, तीरथगढ़ और कांगेर घाटी जैसे पर्यटन स्थलों में सुविधाओं का विस्तार किया जा रहा है, जिससे स्थानीय युवाओं के लिए रोजगार के नए अवसर सृजित हो रहे हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि विकास एवं जनकल्याण के प्रयासों से क्षेत्र में सकारात्मक परिवर्तन दिखाई दे रहा है तथा शासन के प्रति लोगों का विश्वास और अधिक मजबूत हुआ है।

केंद्रीय गृह एवं सहकारिता मंत्री श्री अमित शाह ने बस्तर में हो रहे विकास कार्यों और जनकल्याणकारी प्रयासों की सराहना करते हुए राज्य को केंद्र सरकार की ओर से हरसंभव सहयोग का आश्वासन दिया।

Rules amended after Cabinet approval; Higher fines, stricter vehicle release norms and mining reforms introduced

Raipur, In a major crackdown on illegal mining, transportation and storage of minerals, the Chhattisgarh government has introduced sweeping amendments to its Minor Mineral Rules under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai. The revised provisions, approved by the Council of Ministers, aim to curb illegal mining, boost state revenue and ensure scientific and transparent utilisation of mineral resources.

The most significant change relates to penalties for illegal excavation and transportation. The minimum compounding amount has now been fixed at Rs 25,000 in all cases. For illegal transportation, offenders will have to pay a compounding fee of Rs 2,000 per tonne, apart from the full value of the illegally transported mineral. For instance, a vehicle carrying 35 tonnes of minerals illegally will be liable to pay Rs 70,000 as compounding charges, in addition to the mineral’s value. Tractor operators caught transporting sand illegally will also have to pay a minimum compounding fee of Rs 25,000 along with the cost of the sand.

To prevent repeat offences, the government has tightened norms for the release of seized vehicles, machinery and equipment. Security deposits ranging from Rs 50,000 to Rs 3 lakh, depending on the category of the vehicle, will now have to be deposited before the concerned court prior to release.

Government has eased excavation permit norms for public infrastructure projects. The permissible excavation area for government construction works has been increased from 1 hectare to 2 hectares, while permit validity has been extended from two years to three years.

To promote scientific exploration and infrastructure development, the Chhattisgarh State Mineral Exploration Trust-2025 has been established. Two per cent of royalty collected from minor minerals will be credited to the trust, generating an estimated additional Rs 5.25 crore annually.

The process for amalgamation of mining leases has also been simplified to remove operational difficulties and facilitate premium collection. Further, a uniform system for deduction of mineral royalty, DMF, environmental cess, infrastructure cess and security deposits has been introduced across all construction departments. The amount will be refunded upon royalty clearance from the Mining Department, failing which it will be deposited under the mineral head.

Another key decision extends revenue-sharing benefits from minor minerals to district panchayats in addition to urban local bodies, gram panchayats and janpad panchayats. The government has also increased Dead Rent Rates for mines after nearly 30 years. With over 1,900 minor mineral mines in the state, many lying non-operational, the move is expected to ensure that only serious leaseholders continue operations, while inactive mines become available for re-auction.

The initiative is being seen as a strong manifestation of the Sai government’s zero-tolerance policy towards illegal mining, aimed at strengthening enforcement, transparency, revenue generation and sustainable mineral resource management.
