State government committed to promoting cattle protection and cow service: Chief Minister Shri Sai

Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai on Saturday launched the state government’s ambitious Gaudham Yojana at a programme held at Guru Ghasidas Central University in Bilaspur. In the first phase of the scheme, operations of 29 Gaudhams have begun across 11 districts of the state.

On the occasion, Chief Minister Shri Sai also laid the foundation stone for the state’s first cow sanctuary at Jogipur village in Kota development block of Bilaspur district. He said the proposed sanctuary at Jogipur will be developed over nearly 184 acres. The state government has approved Rs 1.32 crore in the first phase for its development. Once completed, it will have the capacity to shelter and care for around 2,500 cattle at a time.

Chief Minister Shri Sai said, “Cow holds an important place in Indian culture, faith and the rural economy. Through the Gaudham Yojana, safe shelter will be provided to stray and abandoned cattle while strengthening livestock protection. State government is fully committed to promote cattle protection and cow service.”

Chief Minister said the state government has signed an MoU with the National Dairy Development Board (NDDB) to promote animal husbandry and milk production in the state. Under this initiative, distribution of cows has also started in several districts, which is yielding positive results in boosting milk production.

“Gaudhams will ensure proper arrangements for fodder, water and care of cattle. This will also create employment opportunities at the local level. All Gaudhams established on government land in the state will now be known as “Surabhi Gaudham”, said Shri Sai. Training programmes related to animal husbandry, green fodder cultivation and preparation of useful products from cow dung will also be conducted at these centres. This will create self-employment opportunities for local people and strengthen the rural economy.

Most importantly, the scheme is also expected to reduce road accidents as stray cattle will be provided safe shelter.

Union Minister of State Shri Tokhan Sahu said the launch of the Gaudham Yojana is a pious occasion and ensuring cow safety and service is an integral part of Indian culture and tradition resulting in strengthen the rural economy.

Agriculture and Livestock Development Minister Shri Ramvichar Netam said it is a historic day for Chhattisgarh as the Gaudham Yojana is being launched simultaneously across the state. A total 10 Gaudhams will be established in every development block in a phased manner, which will ensure cattle protection while also creating self-employment opportunities.

Chairman of the Chhattisgarh Gauseva Commission Shri Visheshar Patel said the cow is extremely important for our existence and the state government is working with a well-planned strategy to protect cattle.

MLAs Shri Amar Agrawal, Shri Dharamlal Kaushik, Shri Dharamjeet Singh and Shri Sushant Shukla, Mayor Smt Pooja Vidhani, Bilaspur Commissioner Shri Sunil Jain, IG Shri Ramgopal Garg, Collector Shri Sanjay Agrawal, SSP Shri Rajnesh Singh, Director Veterinary Shri Chandrakant Verma, along with a large number of livestock owner and citizens, were present at the programme.

Gaudham Yojana to Strengthen the Rural Economy: Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai

Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai launched the Gaudham Yojana by inaugurating a Gaudham facility at Lakhassar village in Takhatpur development block of Bilaspur district on Mar 14, marking a significant step towards strengthening cattle conservation in Chhattisgarh. On the occasion, the Chief Minister worshipped Gau Mata and inspected the Gaudham premises to review its arrangements and facilities.

During the visit, Chief Minister Shri Sai inspected the arrangements made for the care of stray and destitute cattle, including fodder supply, drinking water facilities and veterinary care. He also reviewed the grazing land developed for the animals. It is noteworthy that the Gaudham in Lakhassar village has been developed over nearly 25 acres of land, of which 19 acres have been dedicated to the cultivation of green fodder for cattle. The Gaudham is being managed by the Kamdhenu Gaushala Samiti.

Addressing the gathering, the Chief Minister stated that the newly launched Gaudham Yojana aims to provide safe shelter to stray cattle, strengthen cattle conservation and contribute to rural economic growth. He stated that Godhan has always been a key pillar of Chhattisgarh’s rural culture, agricultural system, and village economy, and that the state government is therefore continuously working to protect it.

Chief Minister Shri Sai emphasised that the state government is implementing the Gaudham Yojana in a phased manner across Chhattisgarh to ensure systematic care for stray cattle and to reinforce the tradition of Gau Seva. He announced that all Gaudham centres across the state will now be known as “Surabhi Gaudham”.

The Chief Minister further stated that Gaudham centres will also serve as training hubs for rural livelihood activities. Training programmes will be conducted on animal husbandry, green fodder production and the preparation of useful products from cow dung. These initiatives will help promote self-employment opportunities for local residents while simultaneously strengthening the rural economy.

During the event, Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai also announced several development projects for Lakhassar village. He announced that a Mahtari Sadan, a Mini Stadium, and a 500-metre-long Gaurav Path will be constructed in the village. Additionally, Rs. 25 lakh has been sanctioned for the construction of a training building at the Lakhassar Gaudham, along with the provision of one cow catcher vehicle and one animal ambulance. These measures are expected to further strengthen cattle protection efforts and support local development initiatives.

The Chief Minister also interacted with cattle rearers and villagers during the programme and reviewed ongoing efforts to conserve cattle in the region. He appreciated the work of individuals and organisations engaged in Gau Seva and encouraged them to continue their service with dedication. He congratulated volunteers and workers involved in this noble initiative and urged citizens to actively contribute to protecting and improving cattle welfare.

Takhatpur MLA Shri Dharamjit Singh, addressing the gathering, stated that under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai, Chhattisgarh is witnessing comprehensive development. He noted that the Chief Minister consistently fulfils the commitments made to the people. Several development works approved for the Takhatpur region are already completed, while many others are progressing rapidly. He expressed gratitude to the Chief Minister and said that the government’s initiatives have accelerated development in the region.

Welcoming the Chief Minister at the event, Chairman of the Chhattisgarh Gau Seva Commission Shri Visheshar Patel thanked him for launching the Gaudham Yojana. He said that this initiative will provide a new direction to cattle conservation in the state and ensure better protection for stray and abandoned cattle.

उपभोक्ताओं को मिलेगा 758 करोड़ रुपए का सीधा लाभ

प्रदेशभर के सभी बिजली वितरण केंद्रों व कार्यालयों में पंजीयन हुआ शुरू

निम्नदाब घरेलू, बीपीएल एवं कृषि उपभोक्ताओं को मूल राशि एवं अधिभार में मिलेगी छूट

रायपुर, 14 मार्च 2026/ मुख्यमंत्री श्री विष्णुदेव साय द्वारा 12 मार्च 2026 को प्रारंभ की गई मुख्यमंत्री बिजली बिल भुगतान समाधान योजना (एमबीबीएस) आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर बिजली उपभोक्ताओं के लिए बड़ी राहत और संजीवनी बनकर सामने आई है। इस योजना के माध्यम से कोरोना महामारी तथा अन्य कारणों से बकाया बिजली बिल जमा नहीं कर पाने वाले उपभोक्ताओं को सीधे राहत प्रदान की जाएगी।

यह योजना विशेष रूप से निम्नदाब घरेलू, बीपीएल तथा कृषि उपभोक्ताओं के लिए लाभकारी है। इसके अंतर्गत 31 मार्च 2023 की स्थिति में बकाया राशि को आधार मानकर उपभोक्ताओं को मूल राशि एवं अधिभार (सरचार्ज) में छूट दी जाएगी। प्रदेश के 29 लाख से अधिक उपभोक्ताओं को इस योजना के तहत लगभग 758 करोड़ रुपए तक की सीधी छूट मिलने का अनुमान है। बिजली क्षेत्र में इतनी बड़ी राशि की राहत पहली बार दी जा रही है।
उल्लेखनीय है कि कोरोना संक्रमण के दौरान प्रोटोकॉल और प्रतिबंधों के कारण कई महीनों तक मीटर रीडिंग नहीं हो पाई थी। इसके चलते बड़ी संख्या में उपभोक्ताओं को एक साथ कई महीनों के बिजली बिल मिले, जिन्हें आर्थिक तंगी के कारण वे जमा नहीं कर सके। महामारी के कारण कमजोर हुई आर्थिक स्थिति ने अनेक परिवारों को और अधिक कठिनाई में डाल दिया। ऐसे ही उपभोक्ताओं को राहत देने के उद्देश्य से यह योजना शुरू की गई है।

इस योजना से उपभोक्ताओं को न केवल बकाया बिजली बिलों के भुगतान में राहत मिलेगी, बल्कि उन्हें सरल और सुविधाजनक तरीके से अपने पुराने बकाये का निराकरण करने का अवसर भी मिलेगा। योजना 30 जून 2026 तक प्रभावशील रहेगी। योजना में शामिल होने के लिए उपभोक्ता मोर बिजली ऐप, सभी बिजली वितरण केंद्रों तथा संबंधित कार्यालयों में पंजीयन करा सकते हैं।

राज्य सरकार द्वारा योजना का लाभ अंतिम व्यक्ति तक पहुंचाने के लिए गांव-गांव में शिविर भी लगाए जाएंगे, ताकि अधिक से अधिक जरूरतमंद उपभोक्ता इसका लाभ उठा सकें। भुगतान के बाद पात्र उपभोक्ताओं को एम-ऊर्जा योजना का लाभ भी मिलने लगेगा।

मुख्यमंत्री बिजली बिल भुगतान समाधान योजना न केवल लाखों उपभोक्ताओं को आर्थिक राहत देगी, बल्कि उन्हें नियमित रूप से बिजली बिल भुगतान के लिए प्रोत्साहित भी करेगी। मुख्यमंत्री श्री साय की इस संवेदनशील पहल से प्रदेश के लाखों परिवारों को बड़ी राहत मिलने की उम्मीद है।

उपभोक्ताओं से अपील की गई है कि वे समय पर पंजीयन कर योजना का अधिकाधिक लाभ प्राप्त करें तथा भुगतान के दौरान किसी प्रकार की आशंका होने पर संबंधित वितरण केंद्र के अधिकारियों से संपर्क किया जाए।

जोगीपुर में राज्य के प्रथम गौ अभ्यारण्य का शिलान्यास: गौधाम योजना से बेसहारा एवं घुमंतू गौवंश को मिलेगा सुरक्षित आश्रय

गोधन संरक्षण और गौसेवा को बढ़ावा देने राज्य सरकार प्रतिबद्ध : मुख्यमंत्री श्री साय

रायपुर 14 मार्च 2026/मुख्यमंत्री श्री विष्णु देव साय ने आज बिलासपुर स्थित गुरु घासीदास केंद्रीय विश्वविद्यालय में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में राज्य सरकार की महत्वाकांक्षी गौधाम योजना का शुभारंभ किया। योजना के प्रथम चरण में प्रदेश के 11 जिलों में 29 गौधामों का संचालन प्रारंभ हो गया है।

मुख्यमंत्री श्री साय ने इस अवसर पर बिलासपुर जिले के कोटा विकासखण्ड के ग्राम जोगीपुर में राज्य के प्रथम गौ अभ्यारण्य का शिलान्यास भी किया। मुख्यमंत्री श्री साय ने कहा कि जोगीपुर में प्रस्तावित गौ अभ्यारण्य लगभग 184 एकड़ क्षेत्र में विकसित किया जाएगा। इसके विकास के लिए राज्य सरकार द्वारा प्रथम चरण में 1 करोड़ 32 लाख रुपए की स्वीकृति प्रदान की गई है। इसके पूर्ण होने पर यहां एक साथ लगभग 2500 गौवंश के संरक्षण और देखभाल की व्यवस्था की जा सकेगी।

मुख्यमंत्री श्री साय ने कहा कि गौ माता भारतीय संस्कृति, आस्था और ग्रामीण अर्थव्यवस्था का महत्वपूर्ण आधार है। गौधाम योजना के माध्यम से बेसहारा एवं घुमंतू गौवंश को सुरक्षित आश्रय उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा तथा पशुधन संरक्षण को बढ़ावा मिलेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि गोधन संरक्षण और गौसेवा को बढ़ावा देने के लिए राज्य सरकार पूरी प्रतिबद्धता के साथ कार्य कर रही है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रदेश में पशुपालन और दुग्ध उत्पादन को प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए राष्ट्रीय डेयरी विकास बोर्ड (एनडीडीबी) के साथ एमओयू किया गया है। इसके तहत कई जिलों में गाय वितरण का कार्य भी प्रारंभ किया गया है, जिससे प्रदेश में दुग्ध उत्पादन बढ़ाने की दिशा में सकारात्मक परिणाम सामने आ रहे हैं।

मुख्यमंत्री श्री साय ने कहा कि गौधामों में गौवंश के लिए चारा, पानी और समुचित देखभाल की व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित की जाएगी। इससे स्थानीय स्तर पर रोजगार के अवसर भी सृजित होंगे। उन्होंने यह भी घोषणा की कि राज्य में शासकीय भूमि पर स्थापित सभी गौधाम अब “सुरभि गौधाम” के नाम से जाने जाएंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि गौधामों में पशुपालन, हरा चारा उत्पादन तथा गोबर से उपयोगी उत्पाद तैयार करने से संबंधित प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम भी संचालित किए जाएंगे। इससे स्थानीय लोगों को स्वरोजगार के अवसर प्राप्त होंगे और ग्रामीण अर्थव्यवस्था को मजबूती मिलेगी।

मुख्यमंत्री श्री साय ने कहा कि इस योजना से सड़क दुर्घटनाओं में भी कमी आने की संभावना है, क्योंकि बेसहारा मवेशियों को सुरक्षित आश्रय उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा।

केंद्रीय राज्य मंत्री श्री तोखन साहू ने कहा कि गौधाम योजना का शुभारंभ एक पुनीत अवसर है। उन्होंने कहा कि गौसेवा भारतीय संस्कृति और परंपरा का अभिन्न अंग है तथा गोधन संरक्षण से ग्रामीण अर्थव्यवस्था को भी मजबूती मिलेगी।

कृषि एवं पशुधन विकास मंत्री श्री रामविचार नेताम ने कहा कि आज का दिन छत्तीसगढ़ के लिए ऐतिहासिक है, जब पूरे प्रदेश में एक साथ गौधाम योजना की शुरुआत हो रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश के सभी विकासखंडों में 10-10 गौधाम चरणबद्ध रूप से स्थापित किए जाएंगे, जिससे गौवंश संरक्षण के साथ-साथ लोगों को स्वरोजगार के अवसर भी प्राप्त होंगे।

छत्तीसगढ़ गौ सेवा आयोग के अध्यक्ष श्री विशेषर पटेल ने कहा कि गौ माता हमारे अस्तित्व के लिए अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण है और गौवंश के संरक्षण के लिए राज्य सरकार सुनियोजित कार्ययोजना के साथ कार्य कर रही है।

गोधन संरक्षण को नई पहचान : अब प्रदेश के सभी गौधाम कहलाएंगे “सुरभि गौधाम”

ग्रामीण अर्थव्यवस्था को सशक्त बनाएगी गौधाम योजना : मुख्यमंत्री श्री विष्णु देव साय

रायपुर 14 मार्च 2026/मुख्यमंत्री श्री विष्णु देव साय ने आज जिला बिलासपुर के तखतपुर विकासखण्ड के ग्राम लाखासार स्थित गौधाम का शुभारंभ करते हुए प्रदेश में गोधन संरक्षण की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण पहल की शुरुआत की। इस अवसर पर उन्होंने गोमाता की विधिवत पूजा-अर्चना करने के उपरांत गौधाम परिसर का अवलोकन कर वहां की व्यवस्थाओं की जानकारी ली।

मुख्यमंत्री श्री साय ने गौधाम में आश्रय प्राप्त बेसहारा एवं आवारा पशुओं की देखरेख, चारा, पानी तथा स्वास्थ्य संबंधी व्यवस्थाओं का निरीक्षण किया और चारागाह का भी अवलोकन किया। उल्लेखनीय है कि ग्राम लाखासार में लगभग 25 एकड़ क्षेत्र में गौधाम विकसित किया गया है, जिसमें से 19 एकड़ भूमि पर पशुओं के लिए हरे चारे की खेती की जा रही है। गौधाम का संचालन कामधेनु गौशाला समिति द्वारा किया जा रहा है।

मुख्यमंत्री श्री साय ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार द्वारा प्रारंभ की जा रही गौधाम योजना का उद्देश्य प्रदेश में बेसहारा मवेशियों को सुरक्षित आश्रय उपलब्ध कराना, उनके संरक्षण को बढ़ावा देना तथा ग्रामीण अर्थव्यवस्था को सशक्त बनाना है। उन्होंने कहा कि गोधन हमारी ग्रामीण संस्कृति, कृषि व्यवस्था और अर्थव्यवस्था का महत्वपूर्ण आधार है, इसलिए इसके संरक्षण और संवर्धन के लिए राज्य सरकार निरंतर प्रयास कर रही है।

मुख्यमंत्री श्री साय ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार गोधन संरक्षण और बेसहारा मवेशियों की देखभाल के लिए गौधाम योजना को राज्यभर में चरणबद्ध तरीके से लागू कर रही है, जिससे गौसेवा की परंपरा को मजबूती मिलने के साथ ही पशुधन संरक्षण को भी बढ़ावा मिलेगा। उन्होंने इस अवसर पर घोषणा की कि अब राज्य के सभी गौधाम “सुरभि गौधाम” के नाम से जाने जाएंगे।

मुख्यमंत्री श्री साय ने कहा कि प्रदेश के गौधामों में विभिन्न प्रकार के प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम भी संचालित किए जाएंगे। गौधामों में पशुपालन, हरा चारा उत्पादन तथा गोबर से उपयोगी वस्तुएं तैयार करने का प्रशिक्षण दिया जाएगा। इससे गौसेवा के साथ-साथ स्थानीय लोगों को स्वरोजगार के अवसर प्राप्त होंगे और ग्रामीण अर्थव्यवस्था को मजबूती मिलेगी।

मुख्यमंत्री श्री विष्णु देव साय ने लाखासार ग्राम के विकास के लिए कई महत्वपूर्ण घोषणाएं भी कीं। उन्होंने लाखासार में महतारी सदन, मिनी स्टेडियम तथा 500 मीटर लंबाई के गौरव पथ के निर्माण की घोषणा की। इसके साथ ही लाखासार गौधाम में प्रशिक्षण भवन निर्माण के लिए 25 लाख रुपये स्वीकृत करने तथा एक काऊ कैचर और एक पशु एम्बुलेंस उपलब्ध कराने की घोषणा की, जिससे क्षेत्र में गौसंरक्षण और स्थानीय विकास कार्यों को और मजबूती मिलेगी।

कार्यक्रम के दौरान मुख्यमंत्री श्री साय ने क्षेत्र के पशुपालकों और ग्रामीणों से संवाद कर गोधन संरक्षण के लिए किए जा रहे प्रयासों की जानकारी ली तथा इस सेवा कार्य में लगे लोगों की सराहना की। उन्होंने गौसेवा से जुड़े कार्यकर्ताओं को इस पुनीत कार्य के लिए बधाई देते हुए भविष्य में भी इसी प्रकार सेवा कार्य जारी रखने की बात कही और सभी को गोधन संरक्षण तथा गौसेवा के लिए प्रेरित किया।

तखतपुर विधायक श्री धर्मजीत सिंह ने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री श्री विष्णु देव साय के नेतृत्व में छत्तीसगढ़ का चहुँमुखी विकास हो रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री जो भी वादा करते हैं, उसे अवश्य पूरा करते हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री श्री साय द्वारा तखतपुर क्षेत्र के विकास के लिए अनेक महत्वपूर्ण विकास कार्यों की स्वीकृति दी गई है, जिनमें से कई कार्य पूर्ण हो चुके हैं तथा अनेक कार्य प्रगतिरत हैं। उन्होंने इसके लिए मुख्यमंत्री का आभार व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि सरकार के प्रयासों से क्षेत्र में विकास को नई गति मिली है।

छत्तीसगढ़ गौसेवा आयोग के अध्यक्ष श्री विशेषर पटेल ने स्वागत उद्बोधन देते हुए मुख्यमंत्री श्री विष्णु देव साय का अभिनंदन किया और गौधाम योजना के शुभारंभ के लिए उनका आभार व्यक्त किया। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य सरकार की इस पहल से गोधन संरक्षण को नई दिशा मिलेगी तथा बेसहारा और निराश्रित गौवंश के संरक्षण को मजबूती मिलेगी।

Bhoomipujan of Development Works Worth Over Rs 226 Crore, Including Foundation for a 2,000-Seater State-of-the-Art Auditorium

Raipur, March 14, 2026/ Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai today virtually participated in the foundation-laying ceremony for a series of development projects in the Municipal Corporation area of Rajnandgaon from the his Residence Office in Nava Raipur. On the occasion, he performed bhoomipujan for various development works worth over Rs 226 crore.

Congratulating the residents of Rajnandgaon, Chief Minister Shri Sai said that the foundation-laying ceremony signifies not merely the commencement of development works, but the laying of a strong foundation for the city’s bright and prosperous future.

Shri Sai stated that the State Government is consistently working towards balanced and inclusive development across Chhattisgarh, guided by the principle of “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas aur Sabka Prayas.” Advancing the national vision of Viksit Bharat, he said that Rajnandgaon has an important role in building Viksit Chhattisgarh. He emphasised that expanding civic amenities in accordance with the city’s growing population remains a key priority of the government, and through these projects the aim is to ensure that the benefits of development reach every ward of the city.

Chief Minister further informed that under the AMRIT Mission 2.0, two new sewage treatment plants will be established in the city to ensure scientific treatment of domestic wastewater. This initiative will prevent untreated water from flowing directly into rivers and drains, thereby contributing to environmental protection while safeguarding public health.

He added that under the Mukhyamantri Nagarotthan Yojana, roads in the city are being widened and beautified to improve traffic flow and support the growth of commercial activities.

Shri Sai also announced that a large, state-of-the-art 2,000-seater auditorium will be constructed in Rajnandgaon. The facility will provide a vibrant platform for the city’s cultural, literary and artistic activities, strengthening its identity as Sanskaradhani. Local artists, writers and youth will gain wider opportunities to showcase their talents, he said, adding that the auditorium will emerge as a distinctive landmark for the city.

In addition, provisions have been made for the upgradation of Transport Nagar, construction of drainage systems, expansion of pipeline networks, and strengthening of basic civic infrastructure across all 51 wards of the city.

Under Swachh Bharat Mission, Chief Minister said, new plants are being established to further strengthen waste management systems. Our goal is to ensure that Rajnandgaon should not merely participate in the Swachhta Survekshan rankings but emerge as one of the leading clean cities of the country.

He emphasised that ensuring the benefits of public resources reach citizens directly remains a key priority of the government, and accordingly the pace of development works across the state has been accelerated.

Chief Minister also noted that Rajnandgaon is progressing rapidly under the guidance of Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly Speaker Dr Raman Singh and with the cooperation of local public representatives. Through their vision and public participation, he said, the city is being steadily developed as a model city of Chhattisgarh. He also assured that pending infrastructure proposals related to the district would be approved at the earliest.

Addressing the programme, Assembly Speaker Dr Raman Singh said that Rajnandgaon holds a special place in his heart and described the day as an important milestone in the city’s development journey. Expressing gratitude to the Chief Minister, he informed that the Sankalp Budget 2026–27 provides Rs 1,000 crore for the comprehensive development of Rajnandgaon district.

Dr Singh further stated that Rs 250 crore worth of projects have been approved for the conservation, rejuvenation and development of the Shivnath River. In addition, several development works have been proposed through different departments, including Rs 20 crore for the Panchayat and Rural Development Department, Rs 20 crore for the School Education Department, Rs 60 crore under the Urban Administration Department, and approximately Rs 200 crore through the Public Works Department.

He also informed that Rs 8.80 crore has been sanctioned for the development of sports facilities, including the installation of turf and other amenities at the Hockey Stadium, while Rs 6 crore has been allocated for strengthening sports infrastructure at Digvijay Stadium, which will provide better facilities for the youth.

Raipur, March 14, 2026/ Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai on Saturday honoured Mrs Akanksha Satyavanshi, physiotherapist of the Indian Women’s Cricket Team and a proud daughter of Chhattisgarh, at a dignified ceremony held at his residence in Nava Raipur. On the occasion, the Chief Minister presented her with a Tata Sierra car as a token of appreciation.

Congratulating Mrs Satyavanshi, Chief Minister Shri Sai said that the daughters of the country have brought immense pride to the nation by winning the World Cup. He also appreciated the initiative of Tata Motors in recognising and encouraging the members of the women’s cricket team by presenting them with cars as a mark of honour.

Shri Sai remarked that Chhattisgarh is rich in sporting talent and that the State Government is working with dedication and commitment to promote sports. He said that the continuous development of sports infrastructure in the state is enabling athletes to receive better training, helping them deliver outstanding performances at national and international levels. The Chief Minister added that initiatives such as the Bastar Olympics and Surguja Olympics are encouraging youth from remote regions of the state to actively participate in sports. He also noted that the opportunity for Chhattisgarh to host the National Tribal Games has further created a positive environment for the growth of sports in the state.

Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai said that the historic achievement of the Indian Women’s Cricket Team would inspire daughters across the state to pursue their dreams and move forward with confidence. Mrs Akanksha Satyavanshi said that after the team returned with the World Cup victory, Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai was the first to extend his encouragement and appreciation to the entire team. As a daughter of Chhattisgarh, she said, she was personally invited by the Chief Minister to meet him. She added that the affection and encouragement extended by Chief Minister Shri Sai, much like that of a guardian, always boosts her morale.

Mrs Satyavanshi said that receiving this honour from Chief Minister had made the day truly memorable for her and that the moment would remain special throughout her life. She also shared her experiences as a physiotherapist with the team and spoke about the journey that culminated in the historic World Cup victory.

राजनांदगांव के विकास को नई गति: 2 हजार सीटर अत्याधुनिक ऑडिटोरियम सहित 226 करोड़ से अधिक के विकास कार्यों का भूमिपूजन

रायपुर 14 मार्च 2026/मुख्यमंत्री श्री विष्णु देव साय आज नवा रायपुर स्थित मुख्यमंत्री निवास कार्यालय से नगर पालिक निगम राजनांदगांव के विभिन्न विकास कार्यों के भूमिपूजन कार्यक्रम में वर्चुअल रूप से शामिल हुए। इस अवसर पर उन्होंने 226 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक की लागत से होने वाले विभिन्न विकास कार्यों का भूमिपूजन किया। उन्होंने राजनांदगांववासियों को बधाई देते हुए कहा कि यह भूमिपूजन केवल विकास कार्यों की शुरुआत नहीं, बल्कि शहर के उज्ज्वल भविष्य की मजबूत नींव है।

मुख्यमंत्री श्री साय ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार ‘सबका साथ, सबका विकास, सबका विश्वास और सबका प्रयास’ के मूलमंत्र के साथ प्रदेश के संतुलित और समावेशी विकास के लिए निरंतर कार्य कर रही है। विकसित भारत के संकल्प को आगे बढ़ाते हुए विकसित छत्तीसगढ़ के निर्माण में राजनांदगांव की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका है। उन्होंने कहा कि शहर की बढ़ती आबादी के अनुरूप नागरिक सुविधाओं का विस्तार करना सरकार की प्राथमिकताओं में शामिल है और इन परियोजनाओं के माध्यम से शहर के हर वार्ड तक विकास की किरण पहुंचाने का लक्ष्य रखा गया है।

मुख्यमंत्री श्री साय ने कहा कि अमृत मिशन 2.0 के तहत शहर में घरेलू अपशिष्ट जल के वैज्ञानिक उपचार के लिए दो नए सीवरेज ट्रीटमेंट प्लांट स्थापित किए जाएंगे। इससे गंदे पानी को सीधे नदियों और नालों में जाने से रोका जा सकेगा और पर्यावरण संरक्षण के साथ-साथ नागरिकों के स्वास्थ्य की भी रक्षा होगी। उन्होंने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री नगरोउत्थान योजना के अंतर्गत सड़कों का चौड़ीकरण और सौंदर्यीकरण किया जा रहा है, जिससे यातायात अधिक सुगम होगा और व्यापारिक गतिविधियों को भी गति मिलेगी।

मुख्यमंत्री श्री साय ने कहा कि राजनांदगांव में 2 हजार सीटर का विशाल अत्याधुनिक ऑडिटोरियम बनाया जाएगा, जो संस्कारधानी की कला, साहित्य और सांस्कृतिक गतिविधियों को नया मंच प्रदान करेगा। इससे स्थानीय कलाकारों, साहित्यकारों और युवाओं को अपनी प्रतिभा प्रदर्शित करने के व्यापक अवसर मिलेंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि यह ऑडिटोरियम शहर की एक नई पहचान बनेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि इसके साथ ही ट्रांसपोर्ट नगर के उन्नयन, नाली निर्माण, पाइपलाइन विस्तार तथा शहर के 51 वार्डों में मूलभूत सुविधाओं के सुदृढ़ीकरण के लिए विशेष बजट प्रावधान किए गए हैं।

मुख्यमंत्री श्री साय ने कहा कि स्वच्छ भारत मिशन के अंतर्गत कचरा प्रबंधन को सुदृढ़ बनाने के लिए नए संयंत्र स्थापित किए जा रहे हैं। हमारा लक्ष्य है कि राजनांदगांव केवल स्वच्छता सर्वेक्षण में भाग लेने वाला शहर न रहे, बल्कि देश के अग्रणी स्वच्छ शहरों में अपनी पहचान बनाए। उन्होंने कहा कि संसाधनों का लाभ सीधे जनता तक पहुंचाना सरकार की प्राथमिकता है और इसी उद्देश्य से विकास कार्यों की गति तेज की गई है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि विधानसभा अध्यक्ष डॉ. रमन सिंह के मार्गदर्शन और स्थानीय जनप्रतिनिधियों के सहयोग से राजनांदगांव तेजी से आगे बढ़ रहा है। उनके विजन और जनसहभागिता से शहर को छत्तीसगढ़ की एक मॉडल सिटी के रूप में विकसित किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने जिले के विकास से संबंधित लंबित अधोसंरचना प्रस्तावों को भी शीघ्र स्वीकृत करने का आश्वासन दिया।

विधानसभा अध्यक्ष डॉ. रमन सिंह ने कार्यक्रम को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि राजनांदगांव उनके दिल के बेहद करीब है और आज का दिन शहर के विकास की दिशा में महत्वपूर्ण पड़ाव है। उन्होंने मुख्यमंत्री का आभार व्यक्त करते हुए बताया कि संकल्प बजट 2026-27 में राजनांदगांव जिले के समग्र विकास के लिए 1000 करोड़ रुपये का प्रावधान किया गया है।
डॉ. सिंह ने बताया कि शिवनाथ नदी के संरक्षण, संवर्द्धन और विकास के लिए 250 करोड़ रुपये की योजनाएँ स्वीकृत की गई हैं। इसके अलावा विभिन्न विभागों के माध्यम से अनेक विकास कार्य प्रस्तावित किए गए हैं, जिनमें पंचायत एवं ग्रामीण विकास विभाग के लिए 20 करोड़ रुपये, स्कूल शिक्षा विभाग के लिए 20 करोड़ रुपये, नगरीय प्रशासन विभाग के अंतर्गत 60 करोड़ रुपये, तथा लोक निर्माण विभाग के माध्यम से लगभग 200 करोड़ रुपये के कार्य शामिल हैं।

उन्होंने बताया कि खेल सुविधाओं के विकास के लिए हॉकी स्टेडियम में टर्फ सहित अन्य सुविधाओं के निर्माण हेतु 8 करोड़ 80 लाख रुपये तथा दिग्विजय स्टेडियम में खेल अधोसंरचना सुदृढ़ करने के लिए 6 करोड़ रुपये का प्रावधान भी किया गया है, जिससे युवाओं को बेहतर खेल सुविधाएँ उपलब्ध होंगी।

कार्यक्रम में राजनांदगांव जिले के प्रभारी मंत्री श्री गजेंद्र यादव, सांसद श्री संतोष पांडेय, छत्तीसगढ़ भवन एवं सन्निर्माण कर्मकार मंडल के अध्यक्ष डॉ. रामप्रताप सिंह तथा महापौर श्री मधुसूदन यादव सहित अन्य जनप्रतिनिधि उपस्थित थे।

उल्लेखनीय है कि भूमिपूजन के अंतर्गत स्वीकृत परियोजनाओं में सीवरेज ट्रीटमेंट प्लांट निर्माण, सड़क चौड़ीकरण एवं उन्नयन, 2 हजार सीटर ऑडिटोरियम निर्माण, नाला निर्माण, पाइपलाइन विस्तार, ट्रांसपोर्ट नगर उन्नयन, कचरा प्रबंधन संयंत्र स्थापना तथा स्वच्छता संबंधी कार्य शामिल हैं। इन परियोजनाओं से राजनांदगांव के 51 वार्डों में बुनियादी सुविधाओं का व्यापक विस्तार होगा और शहर के समग्र विकास को नई गति मिलेगी।

रायपुर 14 मार्च 2026/ मुख्यमंत्री श्री विष्णुदेव साय ने आज नवा रायपुर स्थित अपने निवास में आयोजित एक गरिमामय समारोह में भारतीय महिला क्रिकेट टीम की फिजियोथेरेपिस्ट और छत्तीसगढ़ की बेटी श्रीमती आकांक्षा सत्यवंशी को टाटा सिएरा कार उपहार स्वरूप प्रदान की। इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री ने श्रीमती आकांक्षा को बधाई देते हुए कहा कि हमारी बेटियों ने विश्व कप जीतकर देश का गौरव बढ़ाया है। उन्होंने महिला क्रिकेट टीम के सम्मान और प्रोत्साहन के लिए टाटा मोटर्स द्वारा कार उपहार देने की इस पहल की सराहना की।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि महिला क्रिकेट टीम की यह ऐतिहासिक उपलब्धि प्रदेश की बेटियों को आगे बढ़ने के लिए प्रेरित करेगी। उन्होंने कहा कि पिछली मुलाकात के दौरान भी आकांक्षा का आत्मविश्वास और ऊर्जा बेहद प्रेरणादायक थी और आज भी उनमें वही उत्साह देखने को मिल रहा है। उन्होंने विश्वास व्यक्त किया कि यही जज्बा भविष्य में होने वाले विश्व कप में भी टीम को सफलता दिलाएगा।

भारतीय महिला क्रिकेट टीम की फिजियोथेरेपिस्ट श्रीमती आकांक्षा सत्यवंशी ने कहा कि विश्व कप जीतकर लौटने के बाद सबसे पहले प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री श्री विष्णुदेव साय ने पूरी टीम का उत्साहवर्धन किया और प्रदेश की बेटी के नाते उन्हें व्यक्तिगत रूप से मिलने के लिए आमंत्रित किया। उन्होंने कहा कि अभिभावक की तरह मुख्यमंत्री का यह स्नेह और प्रोत्साहन हमेशा उनका मनोबल बढ़ाता है।

श्रीमती आकांक्षा ने कहा कि आज मुख्यमंत्री से यह सम्मान प्राप्त कर उनका दिन यादगार बन गया है और यह पल उनके जीवन में हमेशा विशेष रहेगा। उन्होंने फिजियोथेरेपिस्ट के रूप में टीम में अपनी भूमिका तथा विश्व कप जीत की यात्रा से जुड़े अनुभव भी साझा किए।

भारतीय महिला क्रिकेट टीम ने पिछले वर्ष अपना पहला महिला विश्व कप खिताब जीतकर इतिहास रचा था। इस उपलब्धि के सम्मान में टाटा मोटर्स ने टीम की प्रत्येक खिलाड़ी को सिएरा एसयूवी के टॉप-एंड मॉडल भेंट करने की घोषणा की थी।
